Nice Apartment - Poor experience
I rented the apt for 25 nights for my family and me (6 adults). It is nice but not equipped for a LT stay nor for 6 people. There were only 5 mugs, 2 coffee spoons, 3 wine cups, no roasting pan, the broom was destroyed, etc. Additionally, a couple of mattresses were in bad shape and all the linen is of poor quality. As per our request, some of the missing items were provided by the PM who initially denied to do it.
In our side, there was only one elevator for 60 apartments. During the weekends we had to wait a lot.
Valet parking is mandatory and additional. This was not clear for me. If you don’t have an US cellular line, you can’t anticipate that you need the car for a certain time.
I asked for additional cleaning services. I got one free, and asked for two more. I was not charged by the two more although I was told I was. I was never told if they decided to give them as a courtesy or they forgot. The cleaning people entered the apartment without first knocking at the door neither they come at the time agreed! I think that for long stays, a cleaning service should be included every 3-5 days in the apartment fee.
I would like to “rescue” from this poor experience, Andrés, the assistance of the PM, the Valet Parking guys and the lady that gives you the ordered packages.
In summary, a very nice apartment poorly equipped with several service issues, some of them that could be solved (equipment, cleaning services) and some others, not (i.e. elevator, mandatory valet parking).
