Grote ruime kamers, zeer vriendelijk personeel en goede voorzieningen. Hotel is echter wel zeer verouderd en aan een opknapbeurt toe.

Very false advertisement nothing compared to the photos online. Room didn’t even have a microwave. No beach towels available even though we were charged a resort fee daily. The pool only gets cleaned once a week according to front desk. Horribl experience!

Hotel velho sem manutenção alguma,forro do saguão caindo por causa das goteiras, sem toalhas para usar na piscina/praia, lampadas queimadas, poeira tomando conta dos móveis, cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras quebradas, marquizes escoradas com vigas de aço, nem a piscina estava limpa em plena sexta-feira(fora a água vede tinham latas de cerveja dentro)e pra usar os quiosques na beira-mar cobram taxa de 20 dólares. Experiência terrível…

Not worth it,
Room had roaches, white towels had old stains. Location is good but not worth it. Many pool lounge chairs were broken, dont know why they still have them around the pool. Part of the building is collapsing. They charged $16 for resort fee per person I asked for pool towels was told housekeeping didn't bring them to the lobby, I wasnt expecting luxury, just a clean room and free of pest and mold. I told them my room had roaches, the receptionist offered me a different room, asked me to go check if it didn't have roaches because she never had a complain from that room but was not giving me what they call a kitchen wich is microwave and fridge. I told her when I book it said the room had those two. I only got a fridge had to throw away my leftovers that I needed to heat up. Staff is very aware of the issue. I only stay in the new room because it had better AC, you cant control it from the room. I STILL SAW A SMALL ROACH IN THE BATHROOM but i stay because it was late night and it didn't seem they were going to give me a refund. The resort fee is a ripoff is not a resort at all. My reservation said it was included a continental breakfast. It did not. I would have had a better experience staying in a motel or farther from the beach. This is my first review, I knew it wasnt a luxurious hotel but the pictures are misleading. Oh and one elevator is out of service and the other looks like soon will be, dont put your family through this.

Show de horrores... estacionamento USD 16/dia e Resort Fee de USD 20/dia que se paga no check in. Toalhas desgastadas e que não se cobre nem uma criança. Café da manhã continental oferecido, que te dá direito à duas fatias de pão, meio copo de suco e café. Hotel totalmente destruido. Péssimo dos péssimos. Hotel está todo remendado e cheio de hastes para suportar tetos e paredes.

Horrible service Horrible hotel checked out before end of stay. I lost my money but zi didn’t want to stay in this hotel for another minute. Waited 35 minutes at check in, not hot water at first, tv not working phone to cdd as ll front desk not working I asked for a refund and was denied.

This place was disgusting, worst place I have ever seen. If we hadn’t arrived at 2:00 a.m. I never would have stayed. The bed sheets were dirty in multiple rooms, the towel weren’t washed as they had boogers from someone blowing there nose. I’m disappointed a place like this made it on the Expedia website.

The location is amazing. Outside of that, this hotel was awful. No towels or wash clothes for 6 of our 8 day stay. Almost never could get a beach towel. Took lounge chairs away and locked them up at 4pm (keeping in mind there were no beach towels to sit on either then). Roaches in our room so moved rooms. No maid service 6 of 8 days when requested even. Were given continental breakfast but only consisted of toast and juice/coffee (seriously not one other thing). Promised money back for our troubles but never credited the card that was used to pay. Flooding in hallway. Building held up by external support beams. Very disappointing and disgusting hotel. But the location on the beach is amazing

This place was a complete farce. The photos online do not do it justice. I don't think they've updated anything since Frank Sinatra last stayed there. There is super sketchy scaffolding holding up a wall, that's just for starters. They told us they are tearing the place down in 20 days and that's exactly what needs to happen. Its not good.

This property is slated for demolish in 3 weeks . It is the worst property I have ever stayed at. The pictures misrepresent the property. The bathroom in the pool area are smell of urine and have filth on every surface. Trash in gardens, stain ring around the top of the pool, plywood over an old hot tub, peeling paint in the room, toilet in room leaks, black substance in coffee pot in room. The building is shored up in several places. The room towels are small enough to bebhand towels and are rough. The pool lawn chairs are all ripped and sun dried. When you sit down you never know if your going to fall through. I think my 11 year old daughter might be traumatized for life because of this hurendous property.

It's needs updating REALLY BAD! Customer service SUCKS. I took their recommendation and ate at the restaurant. There is no one to sit you no customer service. The only waitress only speaks Russian. The food was HORRIBLE and SUPER over priced (I ended up paying $48 for 2 orders of chicken strips and 2 canned sodas). Also there was a resort fee that was not included. Let's make it VERY clear, this is NOT a resort! The pool was ok and the inside of the room looked like a motel. The ONLY thing i liked was the distance to the beach and the convenience of the neighborhood.
