Room was exactly as pictured. Nice view, spacious. Very clean with modern decoration. Very practical to have coffe maker and microwave in the room. I loved that there was a diffuser to use with the hair dryer :-)

Lovely time
Location is great. Plenty restaurants and bars for those on vacation or honeymooners. The place is cozy, clean, quiet and with a beautiful view. Parking was simple and easy. Communication with Silvia was easy, great host. Site manager and services were prompt. This will be my primary spot when available.

Nice location and view
Room was as advertised, good location to restaurant’s, shopping, and the water and nice view with pool and ocean in the distance. Only issue was the hotel employee checking us in was rude for no reason but May just have been having a bad day. The other employees we encountered including checkout were friendly. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. I’d recommend to anyone staying in Miami and great value compared to hotels during the holiday period.

Perfect Grove getaway
After having lived in the Grove for 10yrs and moving away, I always look for the perfect spot to stay in the Grove when I come back, and I finally found it! Close to everything, clean, and well-managed.

Poor communication after we checked in
The manager was helpful when we checked in but it was like as soon as that was over, when we needed things, she would ignore us. I told her I was there for surgery and she left us no extra bedding or towels for a week stay with two people. When we asked her, she ignored us then the front desk had to contact her and THEN sje replied back and told us she was going to charge us for it! Insane to pay a thousand dollars for a week and they want to charge even more for sheets to change. After I made that fact clear to her, she then came by with one more towel and a sheet for the bed. So that was nice she at least partially fixed the issue. The rug in that room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for years, but other than that it was pretty clean.

Thank you very much for your review and feedback, Coral! We hope you have fully recovered from your surgery. As you may know, this is a private unit, therefore additional cleaning does mean additional fees (not a hotel). As for the towels, we also provide sufficient for two people, if you want to reuse them we encourage you to wash them at the laundry facility or we also provide extra for a small charge. In any case, we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and hope you will give us another chance in the near future. Thanks again, Coral.

Wonderful location!
The only issue we had was paying for our balance. I wish that part had been easier. We were on vacation and had to schedule meeting a manager who could take a payment for our balance. I have a Zello account but they do not take payment with a debit card set up. Just a downer when you have to take time out of your time off to sort all this out- take full payment - then people don’t have to manage it while on vacation We would visit and stay in location again if this were resolved

Thank you for your feedback and review, Meagan! I believe we did offer two options as you said, Zelle (which unfortunately your bank didn't allow for transfer ) and us sending a manager personally to swipe your card. We adapted to your schedule and sent someone when you told us was best for you. VRBO encourages home owners to swipe the card manually in order to prevent chargebacks from occurring (especially in Miami). We thank you for your patience and hope you do come back again soon.
