The manager was helpful when we checked in but it was like as soon as that was over, when we needed things, she would ignore us. I told her I was there for surgery and she left us no extra bedding or towels for a week stay with two people. When we asked her, she ignored us then the front desk had to contact her and THEN sje replied back and told us she was going to charge us for it! Insane to pay a thousand dollars for a week and they want to charge even more for sheets to change. After I made that fact clear to her, she then came by with one more towel and a sheet for the bed. So that was nice she at least partially fixed the issue.
The rug in that room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for years, but other than that it was pretty clean.
