'Everything seemed to be a hassle at this hotel. We really didn't feel welcomed. Upon arrival no one helped us with our luggage. The main reception area was hard to find and has extremely poor lighting. The staff were friendly but very inexperienced. It was difficult carrying our luggage up a flight of stairs to our room. We did have the option to use and elevator but it was roughly 100 yards out of the way. I would of hoped a staff member would of helped us with our luggage. The boardwalk is...

'We had a great experience at this B&B. The Lake Room and all of the associated amenities were spectacular and there was an incredible vista view of the lake and downtown. The hosts were fantastic. We appreciated the ample and delicious breakfasts in the kitchen with the view of the lake and also very much enjoyed the conversation and recommendations for Kelowna’s hidden gems (restaurants, wineries and sightseeing options). 'Great location with reasonable price. Rooms were small but very clean and what do you need a big room for when you’re out and about in a new city! The beds and pillows were too soft for my taste but that’s a preference thing and not an issue with the hotel. Definitely would stay there again.'

'We we just needed a place to stay while on the road and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean carpet probably could've used a bit of Spot treatment and we didn't have time for the breakfast, but the staff were helpful and we were able to get into our room a little bit early, so that was always nice.'
