'The service was nothing like I've experienced before, I felt like a king at the resort. There were plenty of activies at the resort. Plus, you can book events outside the resort and most provide transportation to and from the event.The rooms are very nice and modern with updated light and controls. I would recommend getting a room with a swimout pool becuase the pool close at 6 PM. With the swimout pool, you can hang in the pool any time. Im definitely going back!'

'Zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad. Het is een zeer uitgestrekt en idyllisch hotel vlak aan het strand. Er zijn vele bars en restaurants met een grote variëteit aan keukens, voor ieder wat wils. De kamer was niet altijd even proper gepoetst en toonde toch wel wat gebruikssporen. Jammer vonden wij dat er geen souvenirshops waren in de buurt van het resort en de vrij lange afstand tot de luchthaven. 'What an amazing experience. We went to celebrate 2 of our friends 40th & 50th bday. We were a group of 10 people. We just got back and it was a soft opening with low occupancy. The hotel and staff wowed us! Beautiful and top of the line resort, liquor and food. At the pool surged us Giselle. She went over and beyond to meet our wants and needs. "C’était le grand opening, après rénovation. On se demande ce qu’ils ont rénover, car l’hôtel était encore en pleins travaux. Les finitions d’une tristesse absolue. - dans la piscine il y avait du béton ( en sable) + bout qui était dans l’eau. La piscine pas bien fini, des tuiles qui flottaient deja. Après 3 jours, l’eau était sale. - ils étaient tout les jours en train de travailler : on a même pu assister à un accident de travail d’un électricien qui travaillaient au bord de la piscine. Vraiment horrible de vivre ça pendant ces vacances - rien n’étaient fini, comment vous dire , se faire réveiller à 6 h du matin car ils doivent encore mettre les lampes dans la cage d’escalier.. pas idéal de entendre des forages pour guise de réveille. - niveau nourriture : premier jour j’ai retrouver un insecte dans mon manger. Deuxième jour nous avons été manger au restaurant de poissons, quelle désastre !!! Attendu super longtemps « , aucun plat qui arrivaient car l’organisation était mauvais. Nous avons dû demander plusieurs fois nos plats. Le manger pas extraordinaire. Pour resume: l’hôtel est seulement fini à 50 %. Mais nous payons plus que le prix pleins !! C’est vraiment pas normale, ne vaut absolument pas son argent !!! Si c’est ça du ‘ultra’ exclusive.. plus jamais je prendrais un hôtel de la chaîne wyndham, qui m’a charger 450 euro extra pour 3 nuits, car il y a eu un problème avec la réservation de hôtels.com ( merci pour ça !). Je vous conseille vivement d’aller ailleurs"
