'Exceeded expectations. Great hotel that is perfectly located in downtown Detroit. Walking distance to Little Caesars Arena, Comerica Park, and Ford Field. Also Detroit Opera House, Fillmore, and Fox. Room was awesome. Breakfast in Rise is very good. The Lone Goat pub is attached and awesome. Lots of shops, cocktail bars, etc in the immediate area. 'The hotel had a unique architecture and style. My husband said he felt like we were in an old James Bond movie. Our room was on the smaller side, but perfect for just the 2 of us. Great views of the city. Super close to Comerica, Ford Field and a short walk to Little Caesars(we were there for a Pistons game). 'Everything was just as expected, nice quit and relaxing. Even though It would have been nice to have let us know that the restaurant, bar, and spa was going to be closed during our stay. My husband and I still enjoyed the quit birthday getaway. I just would of loved the entire experience.'
