There are 2 PLUSH king beds, 1 PLUSH queen bed, and 3 queen-size air mattresses! Less than 1 mile from outlet mall, sandy beaches, hiking trails, wineries, boat rentals, casino, Michigan City Zoo, and antique shops! This is the ideal getaway space for up to 12 people who are looking for relaxation or adventure!

This updated home has been divided into 3 separate units, all under the same roof, but each with their own coded entry door.



We pride ourselves on comfort and cleanliness! All of our mattresses and bedding are top quality to ensure your comfort during your stay! We stock the property with plenty of high quality bathroom linen as well! We also provide bedding for the air mattresses!



Guests will have full access to the property!

We greatly value our relationship with our neighbors, so events/parties are not to be held by guests. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding. If there is any violation of this rule, there will be a $700 fee enforced.



The quiet hours rule is also very important. Quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m. and end at 7:00 a.m. This rule is in place again in an effort to not disturb the neighbors. If there is any violation of the quiet hours rule, there will be a $500 fee enforced.



Anyone who books this property must be at least 21 years old and have only positive Airbnb reviews.



***Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property. If there is any evidence smoking having occurred inside the property (smoke smell, ashes, paraphernalia, etc) there will be an additional $500 cleaning charge and/or loss of security deposit if one was collected.



CHECK-IN INFO:

- Guests who book will receive detailed check-in instructions with access codes for entry on the morning of their scheduled arrival.



- Check-in is between 3 and 9 p.m. Guests must check out by 11 a.m. (Note: We try to accommodate early arrival/late checkout requests when possible, however, the cleaning crew will have the final say especially when we have back-to-back bookings.)
