Trakteer uzelf op een buitendouche op het dek en een bubbelbad ('AVAILABLE ALL YEAR'). Open haard. Een jacuzzi voor twee personen, met een tv, om te bekijken terwijl u in bad ligt.
Echt een vijf sterren gevoel. U vindt er ook een overdekte hotrock sauna. Strandzandspeelgoed voor kinderen. Maximaal 4 personen, te allen tijde, inclusief gast. Leeftijdsgrens = minimum is 27 van de primaire huurder, kinderen zijn welkom. 2 nachten minimaal. Huisdieren toegestaan; afwerpende honden blijven geborsteld en ongecontroleerd blaffen niet toegestaan, ook als je uitgaat en je hond met rust laat en laat alsjeblieft je hond niet de eerste nacht alleen.
Deze unit heeft een panoramisch uitzicht op het meer, de duinen, en is omgeven door wildernis. Er is niets tussen jou en het fijne zandstrand met uitzondering van een kleine 3 minuten lopen langs de voet pad door de duinen naar het meer. Het zand is zo fijn dat wanneer u uw voeten te slepen, het eigenlijk piept. Toegang tot de hot tub of de BBQ op het dek of binnen blijven en te luisteren naar rustgevende geluiden van de branding Lake Michigan en de liederen van de krekels in de duinen. Laat de geluiden wiegen je in slaap. Master slaapkamer heeft een king size / hemelbed. Dit is een 5-sterrenaccommodatie en op een geweldige, natuurlijke 5-sterrenlocatie. Strandstoelen voorzien.

Nice spot

This property is the middle floor of a 3 flat. Had all the stuff to keep my kids entertained. Beach was amazing. Not a lot of privacy, you basically share the lobby and outdoor toys with the other renters of the flat. Property guy stays on the 1st floor and comes out to work on stuff. Kind of weird.

Great little getaway

My family and I had a great time staying at the beach house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the arcade games and the hot tub. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. Great beach access, just wish it was a little warmer :)

Winter Paradise

My family and I stayed for a weekend so we could be close to Chicago for a basketball game. The beachfront property is in a great location on the beach with a hot tub overlooking the lake. The game room was fun and easy access in and out. The price was reasonable for the space provided. We will try to make it back in the summer.

Wife and I wanted a week to just be secluded with a good location, and we really enjoyed this place! Lots to do, but also still home-y enough that you could just relax. Very good location, close to the beach, very nice vibe. We loved it and would definitely come back!

All-too-brief Get-a-way!

Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. The unit was very comfortable, with everything one might need. The Manager, Mark, was very attentive & personable! We enjoyed him greatly. The only caution is the walkway & narrow stairs up to the unit that can be a challenge for anyone with balance issues, & while carrying items such as suitcases or groceries.

Phenomenal Property

We rented this property for a short family trip. I believe my husband and I have mentioned how wonderful it was to every person we have spoken to since arriving home. There is so much to do inside the unit. It has a fantastic view and direct path to the beach that was never crowded. I cannot say enough great things about the property, area, or communication with the property manager. I have no doubt we will return, and we have probably convinced people we know to stay here as well. A few very minor things could have improved our stay, although not all of them are within their control. The wifi could have been better. There were some areas in the unit where it did not work well. There is an excellent path to the beach, but you would have to drive anywhere else. Parking is a little tight. I did not find it too bad, but my husband struggled with getting out of the drive. Overall, the good far outweighs any negatives. I started to write this review by listing all the pros and cons, but I reached the character limit before I even finished the pros and had to start over. There are many things to do in the area. There are clear instructions for everything you need to know how to use. Communication was great. I highly recommend this property to families, single people, or couples.

Eclectic second-floor beach house

This was a true last minute gem directly on the sands of Lake MI. It is a few minute walk thru sand to get to the beach but it is so AmaZing. This three bedroom second level beach house is a tad dated, but has so many fun things to do. It has a hot tub that is nestled in the woods on the deck. It has a pinball machine and a video game that has 60 different games from the 80s😊 It comfortably slept for adults. One of the bedrooms has a double mattress on the bottom bunkbed that did not look comfortable, but no one actually slept on it. Mark the caretaker was available for any questions that we had. The only negative would be the on street parking but Lake Michigan parking this close to the beach is painful for every house rental. There was an issue with one of the other renters parking inappropriately, but the problem is quickly remedied. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect for us

Single mom with 3 kids (15, 10, 6). We enjoyed all of the amenities. The small touches made it comfortable. We enjoyed the kayak and boogie boards available to use on the private piece of beach. Totally worth it!

This is not a house its an apartment with guests above you below you and beside you. No parking for more than one vehicle...the place is overgrown and the property is full of junk hot tubs and a pool ?? The bicycles are all rusty with flat tires and i woke up one morning with our celing leaking on our bed...theres a reason theres no outside pictures

Cozy Get Away

While the inside was cozy and there was plenty to do, the beach was the huge win for us. It was clean, easy to get to, and absolutely beautiful. We are also so grateful we were able to bring our dog as she is a close part of the family and loved playing in the water and sand. She absolutely loved looking at herself in the mirror closet doors too! Thank you for letting us visit!

We’ve stayed here 3 or 4 times. Nice large 3 bedroom home close to the beach. Beach access is via Sandy path . Always clean. Comfortable beds. Indoor games, sauna, massage chair, tv in every room even 1 in bathroom, ping pong and hot tub. Nice deck. Kayaks and paddle board—bring someone strong to pull dolly with kayak/paddle board back and forth trail to beach it’s a big workout. Located in safe neighborhood. Restaurants and zoom nearby
