Alegria is een charmant strandhuisje gelegen in Sheridan Beach. Deze schattige 4 slaapkamers + loft, 3 badkamers verhuur is perfect voor uw vakantie uitje! Gelegen op slechts 2 blokken afstand van het beste strand aan Lake Michigan, biedt dit juweeltje zoveel! Open de deur naar de comfortabele woonkamer doordrenkt met zonlicht en verwelkom je op het moment dat je door de deur loopt! De slaapkamer bevindt zich op de begane grond met ligbad. Het tweede verhaal heeft een ligbad, een grote, lichte loft (met TV / DVD) voor vijf personen - geweldig voor de kinderen! Uit de zolder is nog een slaapkamer met queensize bed en openslaande deuren naar een eigen terras. De bijgewerkte keuken is volledig uitgerust, samen met een ruime eethoek en zitplaatsen voor de hele bende. Kelder beschikt over een aparte woonkamer, twee slaapkamers (samen gemakkelijk 6 personen) en een badkamer met douche. Maar wat echt het meest uniek is voor Alegria, is de buitenruimte waar je volledig omringd bent door de bomen en wandelpaden, wat privacy en sereniteit biedt. Je zult het zo leuk vinden dat je je maaltijden op de gasgrill buiten op het dek wilt bereiden en onder de sterrenhemel wilt dineren. Enkele nabijgelegen attracties zijn onder andere de Washington Park Zoo & Splash Pad, de jachthaven van Michigan City, de winkelstraat Lighthouse en het Blue Chip Casino. Allemaal binnen enkele minuten! Laat de Alegria uw vakantiebestemming zijn!

Beach was great especially with waves. Botanical gardens were fantastic. Zoo was close Visit to Oinks is a must. Good location. Kids loved hill and bench behind the house. We had 8 adults and 9 children. For our 1 yr old a pack n play and a high chair. Lots of dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, and laundry pods. It was much appreciated

Good time at the Beach House

We are a family of 7 (including grandma and grandpa) from the Indy area. We think of Allegra as a very good choice as a beach house. There is plenty of space and beds, although we did not use the basement rooms much for lack of good ventilation (AC/openable windows). Having 3 bathrooms was very convenient and also plenty of bath towels (no beach towels are provided though). At the entrance, a very sensitive smoke detector (close to the chimney) activated every time I tried to fry something.Perfect location, easy access to the large beach. The provided kids' wagon and the beach chairs were a nice plus. The kitchen was well furnished, but a pantry/storage space would have been appreciated. We spotted deer in the backyard almost every day.Communication via app was a bit slow, but the manager stopped by to replace the garbage bin, tablecloth, and deck chairs.Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Location, location, location

This house was close to perfect for us - three families with kids sharing a getaway. We walked to the beach, to the zoo, and to the lighthouse. A short drive to the dunes and outlet mall. Great living and dining space. The big table doubled for evening games. The kitchen worked well - we fixed all our meals at the house. Great to have a dishwasher. The first and second floor sleeping spaces are wonderful. The basement ... is still a basement, and the bedrooms down there are certainly functional, but not as inviting as the others. Very helpful to have three bathrooms! We were very satisfied!

Great space that easily accommodated our family of 16. Nice backyard deck in quiet wooded setting. Our kids loved exploring the woods behind the house. Nicely decorated space and well equipped kitchen. Walk to beach was manageable with small kids and wagons. Great memories created!

Walk to the beach on Lake Michigan

Home was clean and had everything you need for your stay. Well stocked kitchen, gas grill. Private back deck. Walk to the beach on Lake Michigan and had beach chairs that can be used. The only downfall is there really is no yard for the kids to play in. We spent a lot of time at the beach and had a wonderful family vacation.

Perfect getaway near the beach

This house was perfect for our family of 13.House was very spacious and clean.We enjoyed our afternoon short walk to the beach,and enjoyed the beautiful sunset and views.We enjoyed the parks and the zoo near by as well.The deck was nice too and loved seeing the wild tukeys in the morning near the hill behind the house.Overall this house was perfect and relaxing for our weekend getaway!Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.We will definitely be back!

Sweet & short weekend stay

Our families second visit to the area and we brought friends along with us this time! Perfect location for us- short trip to the amazing zoo, walked on the pier and the kids loved the beach (even though it was kinda cold& windy), and had an amazing lunch at Dunebillies. The back deck was great and we saw deer on the hill behind us every morning and evening.

Great location

The property was easy to find. It was in close proximity to the beach, the zoo, a large park, and other places of interests. We had a good size group and there was ample space for everyone. Parking was limited but the neighborhood was quiet, and the people around the area were very accommodating it solved our parking issue. Todd was really quick to respond to our inquiries and request.

Would stay again

This was a wonderful family vacation place. My daughter and her husband, my son and his wife, myself (grandma) and my 10 grandchildren had a great time, with plenty of room to sleep. Some of the beds weren’t the best. The queen bed in the loft was like sleeping on the floor according to the couple that slept on it. We took the foam topper off a bed in the basement and put it on the bed in the loft, which helped. The 2 metal bunk beds squeaked so the mattresses were put on the floor. The dryer squealed loudly, so we just made sure to run it only during the day and kept the door shut. The tub and shower in the loft area had some mold on the caulking around the tub and on the shower curtain, which was torn. We loved sitting on the deck, especially in the evening. The house next door had occupants on a couple of the days that we were there, which was no problem until they started smoking marijuana, which drove us indoors. In spite of these things, which I am positive that they will fix now that know about them, our stay was great and we would return.
