'Great spot'

'The room was clean and the staff were friendly.'

'Very clean and a great value'

'Disappointing end to our birthday getaway. My husband and I stayed at the Baymont in Frankenmuth to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, our experience at breakfast left me incredibly upset. After a full day of walking, my boots had hurt my feet, so I went downstairs wearing socks. An employee informed me that shoes were required. I completely understood, said okay, and immediately began leaving. However, while I was putting the lid on my coffee, I overheard her loudly repeating the...

'Our room was severely damaged like it had been broken into. The main door did not close properly and the bathroom door handle was loose and did not lock. The couch was not as shown on the website and was a major downgrade. The hotel did not have a comparable room to change us to so we had to stay in that room. Very disappointing. That room should not be used until it is properly restored.'

'Super motel voor die prijs vind je die maar weinig in de usa super schoon en netjes, ligt een beetje afgelegen maar daardoor lekker rustig, ongeveer 15 minuten rijden van het bekende frankenmuth de moeeite waard om te boeken, supermarkt ook vlakbij'

'Stay there every year for Oktoberfest!'

'Room was clean and recently rehab. There was no shower gel in the shower, only shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was OK with the waffle maker having run out of waffle mix. Staff was wonderful.'

'Exterior door entry to room. Room had no carpeting, old beat-up furniture, poor flooring (don't walk barefoot) no hair dryer, no tissues, towels were old, no coffee/tea in room. Shower and vanity were nice. Overall, 1.5 out of 5 is a fair rating. Over-priced for quality. At another hotel next night, pd $10 more for what we would rate 4 of 5 and had everything missing from the Knights Inn.'

'The hotel is a bit outdated. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very kind and courteous. The only amenities ( in room) was a bar of soap and hotel size shampoo/conditioner combination. We did not eat breakfast. Fruit, muffins, pastries. Did not have a hot tub.'

'Great location'

'The staff were extremely helpful. Motel is not new, it's not like a Holiday Inn but room was clean, though it could have had more than one set of towels in it. Didn't use the AC but the heat worked. Location was very convenient to where we were going and price was right. A great choice for our stay.'
