'Stayed here for a long weekend get away and catching a show. Sails is good hotel in a great location, close to bars, restaurants and the local club. Ate at the restaurant one night and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the meals. They do stiff you with car parking fees, which I think is a little rich. However we got a good deal on room rates, so not too bothered. Overall a great place for a getaway in Port Macquarie. '

'This accomodation was very convenient for travellers being on the main highway and walking distance to shops and restaurants. I was surprised that it actually wasn’t very noisy given the proximity to the highway. I appreciated that I was able to check in after 5 and the 11am checkout was nice too. 'Only stayed 1 night on way from Sydney to the Gold Coast - but wish I had added an extra night now as the apartments were lovely and there looked to be plenty to do in the area. Only issue is that reception closes at 5pm - not unusual for apartment reception in Australia. As a result I had to phone to get access - and for overseas visitors this can be expensive. It would be useful to have a WhatsApp contact number if you do need to speak to someone.'

'We verbleven hier spijtig genoeg maar 1 nacht. Hadden we geweten hoe goed het was waren we zeker langer gebleven. We trokken Australië rond gedurende 1 maand en dit was de beste accommodatie van onze reis ! Accommodatie is dus top en het is ideaal om er te gaan surfen. Je kan je auto parkeren in de villa (er is een garage voorzien) wat handig is en er staat zelfs een "nespressomachine" ter beschikking met capsules wat voor een koffieverslaafde geweldig is. Top ! '

'This is a renamed Best Western and definitely not at the level of a Ibis Styles. More like a 80s motel, needs some serious work, would not give more than 2 star. Only good thing is the location, close to the beach. Better stay elsewhere, value for money is not good. '
