Summerhouse 12H is your own detached cottage at Sct. Knudsborg — 50 m² of quiet, with the
wide lawns out front and Båring Vig beyond. Inside: open lounge with sofa and dining table for 4, fitted kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Moccamaster filter
coffee, kettle. Two bedrooms (one double, one bunk for two) and a full bathroom with shower. The terrace has garden furniture.

The cottage and its terrace are yours. The 25.000 m² natural plot, the shared lawn down to the beach and the private beach steps are shared with other guests. Dedicated parking is next to the cottage.

Martin lives here — about 4 minutes from your cottage on foot. He`s on call throughout your
stay for questions, local recommendations, or help.

Sct. Knudsborg sits on the north coast of Funen, overlooking Båring Vig and the Little Belt. The private beach is just a few steps from the cottage.
Brenderup village (4 km) has a bakery and grocery stores.
Middelfart and the Little Belt bridges are 18 km. Odense, Funen`s capital, Hans Christian Andersen`s birthplace, is 28 km away.
Quiet, coastal, and a 120-minute drive from Copenhagen via the bridges.

A car is the easiest way to explore the area — free private parking comes with the cottage. Brenderup village (4 km) is a short drive or a 30-minute walk; from there, regional buses run to Middelfart and Odense. The beach is in front via metal steps. Coastal cycle paths and walking routes start at the property boundary.

Bring your own sheets, duvet covers and towels — duvets and pillows are provided. No microwave in this cottage. Power, water and heating are all included.
On Saturdays, the main building 12A occasionally
hosts private events with music in the early evening.
Pets are not allowed in this cottage.

Sort waste before checkout, then take it to the waste containers.

Leave the apartment tidy on departure — load the dishwasher & turn it ON - take out the bins, including the one in the bathroom.
