The Space:
As soon as you enter Casa Tranquillo, you will be charmed by the wonderful view of the green landscape from the spacious living room, thanks to the large sliding window. The living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, a cozy dining table for 4, and a comfortable sofa that can easily be converted into a bed for 2 people. From here you have direct access to the balcony, where you can relax with a drink while enjoying the view.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your own meals during your stay. From the living room you can access the bedroom, which features a double bed and plenty of storage space. This room also has direct access to the balcony. Please note that bed linen must be brought along.

The bathroom is fitted with a large bathtub and double washbasins. Towels are not provided and should be brought along as well. For extra comfort, there is a separate toilet in the hallway.

The location of Casa Tranquillo is truly ideal: just cross the street and you are on the beach. Restaurants and public transport are within walking distance. Upon arrival, you will have 2 parking spaces at your disposal: one garage box and one outdoor parking spot.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
