'Room cleaning was phenomenal. Morning buffet and crew were amazing. The lobby is extremely hot no matter what time of day it is. At night if you try to drink a drink at the main lobby bar you will be dripping in sweat on how hot it is in there literally. Some of the staff in the evening reservation to dine in only came a few times to attend us. This is my 8th time coming to Cancun and first time here at this hotel and there’s way better out there trust me. Don’t come here.'

'We had a problem with our door, our keys would stop working so we called and they said we would have to go downstairs to talk to reception. They came up and fixed it but it happened 3 more times after that and it was a hassle having to walk all the way downstairs and come on back down. Until they finally moved us to the room next door. Just not the best experience'
