'the room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent , the staff was very friendly too.
the negative are parking lot pavement was old and all cracked up, really needs a resurfacing now.
the elevator carpet was very dirty and ripped across the front of it

'This was my 2nd visit to this property and this stay was just as nice, though shorter. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom lighting was great. Our room was a few floors over the outdoor area, which people were enjoying, so it's nice that people can socialize other than in the lobby. 'I enjoyed my stay. Only complaint would be that I paid about triple the usual rate due to a large group occupying many of the rooms. My dates were not flexible as I was visiting Children's Hospital for an appointment. That aside, the entire experience was pleasant. The facility was nice and the staff was friendly, especially Jesse at the front desk and another lady who appeared to be a lobby attendant of sorts.'

'Our stay was not bad.
Staff was really helpful and friendly. It was a short, easy drive to restaurants & shopping, but not walkable. The TV, fridge, freezer, microwave and shower-tub are full size.
Downsides were no continental breakfast. The blankets were thin, and there were no drapes on the window which made the morning bright.
I'd stay here again.'

'The only two possible good things about this place is d at the front desk and Mark in maintenance. The floors were sticky, our TV was broken, the bed was lumpy and lopsided, the waitress didn't show up for breakfast so all that was offered when paying for breakfast was muffins, luckily Dee was amazing and she made things right with us. The parking situation is complicated there was no valet when we arrived so we sat in our car for 10 minutes wondering what we needed to do, will definitely never...

'My family stayed for one night while we were in Pittsburgh for a concert. We were able to park close to the entry, which was convenient. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were friendly. The room was reasonably clean, though showed some minor signs of wear/age. The bath products were lovely, with a gentle, pleasant scent that didn’t feel overpowering. We enjoyed a quiet stay and had the breakfast in the morning, which was decent. I would stay here again.'

'Room was ok but the bathroom was very smelly, damp and musty. The 2nd day of our stay, we were short of 1 set of towel and the next day our room was not cleaned at all. The beds and bathroom were as we left them in the morning and trash was not picked up. We ran out of shower gel on the last day. I complained at the desk since manager was not there and asked the lady to make sure the manager is made aware.'
