'My family and I had an incredible stay. We utilized every available component of the home including the dock. Property manager provided us with 2 available free ramps to drop off our jet-skis. We settled on the ramp located on Blimp Road, which was a 10 minute drive and 15-20 minute ride on the skis. We were able to tie off our skis our whole stay with no issues. Home was exactly as disclosed and worked great for our family. Communication was great, with quick respond time. '

'Great place to get away. House and property were nice. If your bring a boat, you have to watch the tides. Flats or a smaller bay boat will be fine. Had a 21 foot center console. Low tide you just have to take it slow out to the channel. Great options for docking your boat. A lot of space for boat trailers. Location of property is nicely situated. '

'We loved our time on the sailboat this April! The boat was a great fit for us, and our daughter loved sleeping in a sailboat. The kayaks there allowed us to paddle and explore othr nearby canals. Abundunt fish were neat to see and catch from the boat and shore. The bathroom with shower was vital for cleaning up after swimming, and we used the adjacent large table and seating area on-shore as well. 'Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect. We were looking for a place to relax and do a little boating and found a gem. Our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house is located right on the canal with fish cleaning table and shower/hose to make an easy clean up after boating/fishing all day. Onsite boat ramp and marina were amazing!
