'everything was fine, no issues during the stay. only thing is when we checked out, there was nobody at the office window at 9:40 a.m. I rang the bell 3 times in about 5 minutes and no one ended up coming to the window. I put the 2 key cards through the plexiglass window and just left. hopefully that is the way to do it!'

'This place is gorgeous. It’s a mid century hotel with rustic touches. Very inviting, very relaxing. Takes you back to calmer easier times. Huge great room with lots of windows, a fireplace and a bar. Large deck has rocking chairs, a fire pit and quite the view, it overlooks 5 states. The new owner was on site and he’s proud of what he has there as he should be, I’ve been all over this country and never been to such a relaxing place. 'We were greeted by the owner with a smile and very helpful information to make our stay excellent. She sat down with us to help us plan our hiking experience. The room was extremely clean and set up nicely. The food was delicious and the homemade chocolate chip cookies were the best ever! A wonderful stay and I recommend it highly.'

'Laureen was very hospitable. She accomodated us every step of the way. There were clean sheets, comforters, pillows and sets of towels arranged in the room. The bathroom was also clean and there was hot water. Laureen checked in on us to see how we slept and if our needs were met.
