  • Uitstekende locatie Easton's Point, vlak bij Tuckerman Avenue. Charmant huisje gelegen in een rustige straat op loopafstand van Easton's Beach, 2nd Beach, talloze restaurants en de schilderachtige Cliff Walk van Newport. Slechts een korte rij-afstand naar het centrum van Newport, verschillende historische herenhuizen en Bellevue Avenue.

    Deze cottage in studiostijl ligt in een rustige woonwijk, grenzend aan een eigen woning. Het is ideaal voor een alleenstaande, stel of klein gezin (max. 1 ouder kind) die komt genieten van een heerlijke, ontspannen vakantie in de regio Newport.

    Vanwege de structurele opzet van de huur (trappen en zolder) en de veiligheid van gasten geven wij er de voorkeur aan dat alleen oudere kinderen van 12 jaar en ouder met hun gezin reizen.

This cottage is perfect for a single person or a couple looking to be close to Newport but in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The cottage was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The best part was walking to the edge of the water, sitting on the rocks and watching the waves. Very convenient drive to downtown, mansions, Cliff Walk etc.

Wonderful stay

We stayed in this cozy cottage for three nights to attend our nieces wedding. It is close to all the Newport activities. It was so nice to come back to a clean, comfortable, quiet home every day! The host that we met was such a lovely lady. We’ll have to come back to Middletown and stay in this cottage more often in the future!

Newport Folk Fest

This space was absolutely perfect for two dad- aged guys. Joan made the check in process seamless, and was proactively communicating prior to arrival to make sure we were on the same page. I was greeted by Marty upon arrival, a delightful and friendly cat who had coffee with me in the morning. The cottage was clean, had dishes, a full fridge, and a gas stove. There was also a Kurig for coffee with plenty of pods. We are quiet people and appreciated the quiet neighborhood, but the beach and cliff walk are a five minute walk from the stay.

Perfect Middletown Cottage!

This cottage was just what I needed for a quiet 3-day getaway. Tucked in a peaceful residential area near the beaches and close to Sachuest Point, it offered a great mix of comfort and location. The space was clean, cozy, and had a welcoming feel. What stood out most was how thoughtful the owner was (water in fridge and coffee pods ready for the next morning) and checking in to make sure everything was going well, which really added a personal touch. It’s a perfect spot to recharge and to be so close and convenient to all that Newport and Middletown have to offer. I look forward to staying stay here again!!

Perfect retreat

The little cottage was the perfect spot to relax, refresh, and renew while celebrating a friend's retirement. The hosts are very accessible and gracious. The cottage is clean and cozy. There is a wonderful welcome cat and yard bunnies! The back yard seating area is a perfect place for morning coffee. Would recomment this cottage to others!
