'Basic things that were neglected or done poorly 1) no pre check in email was received resulting in us being stuck outside the property as we were not informed of the access code to gain entry into the property. Imagine being caught in a situation when you had 4 cars backed up behind you and you couldn’t get in - enough said 2) no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows can’t be open. 'Spacious room and bathroom, nicely clean and seemingly freshly renovated. Unfortunately the "queen size bed" was a double, and just like the bed, the bathroom seemed to be designed for small people. It's astonishing that in this day and age companies still use fixed showerheads at 6” or even less (I'm 6”7, 2 meter). Also, the sink was quite low and small... The provided kettle doesn't even fit under the tap, we had to use the shower to fill it.'
