'It was a very beautiful setting. The room was very small and the pictures on the booking were a little different. Gettijg into the estate was a bit of a mission. I was suppose to recieve a code prior to atrivijg which was never sent. Once i had my cide, it still did not work. This meant i had to use another gate at the back of the estate which was highly inconvenient '

The pool area is too close to the room I was in and the conference room oh my word the noise from the people using these facilities, the sheets and towels are not changed. In totality I regretted ny choice of...

'We were there to book in at 14:00 when we could book in, our room was not ready! It was not cleaned yet and we had to get ready for a wedding!! We had to wait till 14:50 till they were done cleaning and had to be atvthe wedsing T 16:00. We had to do our make up outside in the heat and was sweating because they were busy and we could not so it in the room with the aircon on. I had to rush doing my and my daughters hair. We were not impressed at all!'
