'On this website this hotel is a PET FRIENDLY property. We booked a Pet Friendly room but upon arrival were told the room we booked was not pet friendly. They wanted us to move to a much smaller room which we refused to do. They then told us that we would not be allowed in the dining or bar area with our puppy and if we wanted to order anything we would have to stay in our room and order room service. To get to this property you have to drive through an unsavoury area, we could not risk driving...

'Esme, Andrew & Conny’s hospitality was amazing! We stayed for 5 nights in 2 different rooms, the standard room then the Luxury cave suite (both were great but the cave suite is out of this world!
