'Had a bit of trouble checking in, no one was in the office, apparently it’s all done remote! First room wasn’t cleaned, second room was also not clean and ready! Third time is a charm, it was clean, rooms looked recently renovated and for the price well worth it! There’s not many amenities really, but if that doesn’t bother you it’s a steal!'

'Amazing hotel: feels brand new. Nice porch with rocking chairs in front of the hotel where you can sit with your drinks. Very laidback.
Room was very clean and again felt very new.
Parking was very easy.
Reception staff was all right, but felt a bit distant (at several occasions). '

'The walls are thin and the doors shut HARD! We were woke up all night by slamming doors. But very clean and very helpful. The breakfast was great and the lady working the breakfast was the absolute sweetest! Take away the constant slamming of doors..ALL NIGHT LONG..we have zero complaints.'

'Not a lot of options in the area. However, the room smelled of cigarettes, window had a large crack in the glass, no toilet paper was in the room. Looks like it wasn’t even swept or mopped. Hair ties and paper left on the floor before given to us. Pro was they charge 20 bucks for my dog. Though the room smelled better after we stayed vs when we arrived. 'Would have rated this higher except that there were a couple of times that I smelled cigarette smoke near the entrance due to workers smoking right outside the front door (one time I saw the worker, the other time it seemed that way but I didn't see it, just could smell it by the breakfast area).
Would suggest not allowing workers to smoke that close to the entrance. I am a big fan of Holiday Inn Express & Suites and probably the main reason is due to how smoke-free they keep their hotels.'

'Very nice place I got special attention and I think that's what everybody gets you right in the middle of things as far as Dayton Ohio's concerned very close to some other amenities I would recommend this hotel they treated me like royalty and highly recommended to friends and family and travelers also it wasn't too expensive!'

'We booked for only one night and it exceeded expectations, the room was adorable, clean, the whole hotel smelled fresh, parking was a breeze, the staff was lovely, the TV had preloaded streaming services just had to log in. The shower alone was worth the price, the water pressure was adjustable and amazing! It does spray out of the shower a bit so keep the door shut! The room was on the pricier side but it was worth paying for peace of mind and comfort. My only regret was only staying one night!...

'The hotel is awesome but the staff really make the experience pleasant. We felt at home from the minute we walked through the front door. There is plenty of free parking and the area is close to a beautiful park. The breakfast is open to 10:00 AM which means I don’t have to set an alarm to get up and have some food. Rinn checked us in and kept a close watch to make sure we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Andrea took over and was also super helpful and always with a big smile!...
