Getting around from this Midway mountain retreat is easy and convenient. Located near Deer Creek Reservoir and downtown Midway, you’ll be just minutes from outdoor recreation, local dining, and essential shops.



The home offers easy access to major routes connecting you to Park City, Heber City, and nearby ski resorts. Guests can quickly explore Wasatch Mountain State Park, hiking and biking trails, golf courses, and year-round mountain activities within a short drive.



Other Things to Note:

- Event fee will be required for hosting weddings or other special events.

- Please take note that we require the complete guest list for all reservations.

- Please note: The house has industrial stove and it uses a permanent pilot light, so a slight gas smell nearby is normal.

To keep everyone protected, guests can choose one of the following options before check-in:

$250 refundable credit card hold, released after checkout pending inspection, or

$50 non-refundable damage waiver, covering minor accidental damages.

- Absolutely no unauthorized guests

- Events may be allowed with a prior notice and payment of event fee.



Water Consumption Notice:

Due to ongoing drought conditions in Utah, water service will be unavailable in the house from 1:00 AM to 4:30 AM every night. We kindly ask our guests not to turn on faucets or use water during this period, as doing so may affect the water supply system. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
