The Space:
The carefully designed interior of the 34 m2 studio will comfortably accommodate 4 people. The layout of the rooms includes a living room with kitchenette, balcony and bathroom with shower. The modern yet cosy interiors allow you to feel the homey atmosphere, while tastefully selected accessories give the rooms a unique character. The living area is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a soft sofa bed with a sleeping function, which invites you to rest and relax after a busy day. The living room leads out onto a charming balcony, where garden furniture invites you to relax outdoors, where guests can enjoy a coffee, prepared in the available coffee machine. The kitchenette, equipped with high quality appliances, invites you to prepare home-cooked meals to be enjoyed around the communal table. The spacious bathroom features a comfortable walk-in shower with a rain shower head for refreshment, while an available hairdryer adds to the comfort of your stay. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen Smart TV, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi access. Guests are provided with complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen to start their stay. On warm days, pleasant cooling is provided by air conditioning. For those travelling by car, a space in the underground garage is an undoubted advantage. In addition, pet owners are welcome with their pets.

Surrounded by a green forest, it provides an idyllic place for long family walks amidst the soothing sound of water and the rustling of tree leaves. The building is situated on a picturesque forest spit, offering a unique location between the majestic Baltic Sea and the tranquil Jamno Lake, creating an ideal place for those who wish to enjoy both the sea breeze and the charm of the lake scenery. Just a few steps from the building is the picturesque Unieście Beach, where you can enjoy incredible views of the sea stretching to the horizon. Sports and recreation enthusiasts will be pleased to know that only 250 metres from the building there is an entrance to a picturesque bicycle path, which can take you around the entire Jamno Lake or comfortably reach the centre of Mielno. The apartment building has a private quay, which is located at the charming pier, where you can easily moor your jet ski, motorboat, yacht or boat. For the convenience of guests 2 kilometres away, there is a slip for easy launching of watercraft. The area abounds with numerous fish fryers, which are a real attraction for lovers of fresh local specialities. In these cosy places, guests can savour tasty, freshly caught fish while enjoying the charms of the coastal climate.

There is an outdoor swimming pool on the roof, available to guests of the building from 9am to 10pm.
