VFT/MA/70518 A modern, elegant first floor apartment in the beautiful complex Jardin A, part of the Miraflores resort, looking out across the pool to the sea beyond.

This well-kept complex, boasting pool, gardens, seasonal bar, separate paddling pool and plenty of free parking is a very popular holiday destination with people of all ages staying.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests, with a terrace that has glass curtains, overlooking the community gardens and across to the Mediterranean sea and much of Miraflores.From the entrance you find the the living room which opens to the terrace. To the right is the kitchen with breakfast bar area and the hallway with bedroom two on the right (with 135cmx200 bed). The bathroom with bath and shower separates the two rooms, leading to the main bedroom on the leftt, with large double bed.The apartment has been carefully prepared to ensure a comfortable self- catering stay, including:



- toaster

- kettle- coffee maker

- Bath towels and bed linen.

- Wi-fi and satellite TV

- washing machine- iron

- Hot and cold air conditioning

The complex has free parking all around and is walking distance to the shops, beach and bus route M-220 for Marbella or Fuengirola



We have an excellent taxi team who will collect you and bring you straight to the apartment (please ask for details).



In the area there are small shops and restaurants, one international shop is approximately 8 minutes walk away. La

Cala de Mijas is a half hour walk on the beach boardwalk or under 5 minutes by car.

For those who don't like walking we recommend renting a car.



Bed linen and towels are included, please bring pools towels.Please note it is strictly no smoking and pets are not allowed for Miraflores. Air conditioning must be used responsibly, we reserve the right to restrict usage.

For check-in after 22:30 there is a supplement of 20 euros payable on arrival, after 00.00 is 30 eurosDoors in this area do not have a handle on the outside. Please do not leave keys inside the door as we will not be able to open the door. If we need to call a locksmith you may be liable for the fee.

We are very happy to collaborate with clubsfor hire com who offer an excellent service where you can pre-order your golf equipment. They will deliver it to the apartment for you and collect it after check out.

The apartment is 32 km from Malaga Airport, so takes under half an hour to reach. Marbella is approx 40 minutes away.



Please note that by Decree for water-saving measures from December 2023, pools are currently not permitted to be topped up and gardens cannot be watered. This clearly will affect presentation of gardens and could affect pool usage, so we do ask you to be understanding of these exceptional circumstances.
