This lovely 80m2 apartment is located in the beautiful Albamar complex in Miraflores in an impeccably maintained and fenced garden with 3 swimming pools. Decorated with great attention to detail and style, it can accommodate 4 people in two double bedrooms plus sofa bed to give flexibility for sleeping arrangements.

On the top floor of a three-storey building, the two-floor apartment is bright and has fantastic views. When you walk into this penthouse, you will be captivated by the view and ready to relax.

The comfortable living room opens onto a large south-facing terrace.

The master suite has its own shower room and toilet and there are views to the terrace and garden. The guest bathroom is beside it, including bath with shower and drying rack.

In the living room there is also a sofa bed, flat screen smart TV and WiFi as well as dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay:electric hob

The complex has free street parking all around and is 5 minutes walk away from an international supermarket as well a selection of restaurants and within a 15 min walking distance of more shops, restaurants and bars, the beach and the M-220 bus line to Marbella or Fuengirola.

Malaga airport is 30 minutes away by carWe have an excellent taxi service that will pick you up and take you directly to the apartment (please ask for details), there are also very good train and bus connections.

Cala de Mijas is a half hour walk along the beach promenade or less than 5 minutes by car. For those who do not like to walk, we recommend renting a car.

One street down you have The Miraflores Tennis Club restaurant and a further 6 minutes from there, close to the beach, you have a large selection of cafes and restaurants by the Riviera shopping centre. There is free parking available for all of these venues also.Miraflores Golf is only 500 meters away and more golf courses are available nearby.We are very excited to work with Clubs for Hire (clubsforhirecom) to offer rental of golf equipment. The team will arrange with us so that you have everything ready when you arrive and they will take it away after your check out. So easy!

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited and pets are not allowed in the apartment. Albamar is a relaxed and generally quiet complex.Please ensure that noise levels are kept to a minimum.For check-in after 22:30 there is an additional charge.
