Fabulous Duplex met uitzicht op zee, het zwembad en de tuin - 2 minuten lopen van het strand

  • Beachside appartement in een rustige ontwikkeling, op slechts 2 minuten lopen van het strand met een uitstekende chiringuito (restaurant op het strand !!) en de NIEUW mooie zijwand op het strand op hout. Geweldig voor familie wandelingen en ook voor kinderen (kan rollen, fietsen gebruiken ..). Alle slaapkamers zijn voorzien van airconditioning. Uitzicht op zee vanaf het terras en slaapkamer met ensuite (badkamer met bad en wc). Groot balkon bij de woonkamer met uitzicht op zee en uitzicht op het zwembad met buitenmeubilair inclusief banken, een grote tafel om te eten en een bijzettafeltje. Smaakvolle eigentijdse meubels, waaronder lederen banken en tv en dvd. Nog twee tweepersoonsslaapkamers, beide met 2 x eenpersoonsbedden. Huis badkamer met douche en wc. Volledig ingerichte keuken Aparte hulpprogramma met wasmachine droger en strijkplank. Een groot zwembad volledig gerenoveerd. Mooi verzorgd terrein. Rustige locatie en toch op loopafstand van alle voorzieningen (5 minuten lopen van 2 grote supermarkten, veel bars, restaurants. Auto niet essentieel. Een babybedje beschikbaar.

Fijn appartement

Fijn appartement met heerlijk groot terras. Host is super, reageert meteen. Zwembad mooi en schoon, strand op paar minuutjes lopen (waterschoenen aan te bevelen). Huis goed schoon (al rook badkamer boven wel erg naar desinfectiemiddel). Echt super dat er strandstoelen waren en ook bv aanrechtbankdoekje, vaatwasblokjes, ovenpapier etc. Dat voelde als een warm welkom. Op het terras hoor je wel een beetje de weg en je hebt meer zicht op de gele M van MacDonalds dan op zee. Maar al met al heel fijne plek.

Fantastic location, spacious well equipped property. Fabulous balcony with lots of seating and shade if needed. Pool area and gardens beautiful and well kept. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the boardwalk, giving access to a variety of beaches. Great communication from owners, we hope to return in the future.

Family holiday

We stayed here for a family holiday, it was perfect. A two min walk to the beach with bars and restaurants and another short walk to the supermarket. Communication with the owner was brilliant she responded very quickly. Would recommend for families and would def return

Great location and space

The apartment was in a great location for the beach and shops and some great restaurants nearby. Has everything in the area you need for a family holiday. Apartment was nice and is in the stages of being modernised by the owner with already substantial improvements evidently been carried out. The gardens and Swimming pool are safe and beautifully cared for.

Lovely location and responsive host

We enjoyed a lovely week in this apartment. It comfortably accommodated 6 adults and is ideally located for Dona Lola and the boardwalk. The beach is just 200 yards, it was quiet and peaceful. When we had a small problem with the air conditioning in one room, the host was very helpful and responsive.

Lovely property near beach, pool and shops. Description just as owner states and pictures accurate. We had a lovely holiday, beach in the morning, pool in the afternoon and then eat and relax on terrace till late. Thank you and we would love to book again. Dave.

We enjoyed our stay. Myriem was a great host. Apartment was nice but does need a few updates including air con in bathroom and living room. We were only there for a week in October and it was hot so in Summer fans in the bathroom would be needed. Great location though. Thank you 😊

Calahonda

The apartment was well equipped and nicely positioned on next to the Calahonda boardwalk. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance 5-20 min. The proximity to the motorway A7 creates some noise but you can sit on the balcony enjoying sunset with a glass of wine and talk without raising your voice. We would go back.

Beautiful stay in this stunning apartment Fully equipped Large & spacious Spotlessly clean Short walk to the beach Pool lovely children had it to themselves most of the stay Had some lovely meals out Shops a little further than a 5 minute walk & along a very busy carriageway - 2 children in tow (they may have been a shortcut ) A email with information was sent but felt a little booklet of information in apartment would of been a nice touch regarding bus times / places of interest ect Would re book again

Great size

The apartment was a great size. The downstairs bathroom and bedroom was fine but the rest of the apartment showing signs of aging and needs updating. The complex was lovely and had a great view over the pool. Needs some sort of cooling system in the lounge.

Can’t wait to come again

Beautiful apartment, more than enough space with everything you could possibly need in it. Pool and garden amazing, very well kept. Loved waking up to the beautiful views. Usually we hire a car but was not necessary as everything is in walking distance. 2 min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants just a short walk away which we really enjoyed walking to. The beach’s have bars which serve incredible food too. Fantastic communication with the owner Myriem. We as a family would love to come back here, we felt so comfortable and content in this apartment during our stay. Thank you so much!

Great property and good location

Property was 3 bedrooms. Really spacious esp the living area and terrace. Some of the property needs updating but we knew that as it was clear on the advert, didn’t make a difference to our stay though. Beds were comfy, showers were good, aircon in bedrooms was great - It was so hot air on in the living area would be a good addition. Pool was nice and clean, you did have to walk round to the gate to get to it but this was fine. Beach a couple of minutes walk away. With sun beds and a restaurant 5 minutes away with kayaks etc. Great comms from the owner - would def visit again! Gino and Stella’s near Mercadona was a last night find, lovely food and a reasonable price!

Big birthday bash

The property was fabulous the only thing that was a problem were the steps andvthe stairs within as some of us older ladies struggled with cases etc., but the apartment is beautiful and spacious! Yes it needs updating in areas but it wasnt a problem and is very well equipped. Plenty of hot water. We did have to use the washing machine quite a lot as there were 4 of us ladies bathing and hairwashing. So good to be able to keep towels fresh. Lots of balcony space for sunning ourselves and lots of seating indoors. Good location but a bit of a walk for bars etc. Taxis into La cala etc reasonable. Good selection of beach bars too. We had a great stay and would recommend.

Overall our stay was good.The property owner was very helpful.However, she did advise us a few days before we were to stay that the pool would be unavailable for approximately one week during our stay. This was due to maintenance of the pool be the maintenance provider. The owner did advise that this was out of her control and did offer a full refund. However, given we were only of advised of the pool maintenance a few days before our stay, with flights etc booked, we decided to continue with our stay.We do accept that the timing of the pool maintenance was beyond the control of the property owner. However, what we would say was there not an opportunity earlier in the year, before the start of the holiday season (say in spring when the weather is suitable), for the pool maintenance work to be undertaken? Leaving aside the issue with pool, the property is located in quiet, well-maintained area with plenty of shops, bars, supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance.

Dejlig familieferie i Calahonda

Vi havde en rigtig dejlig og hyggelige familieferie i denne bolig. Selve boligen er generelt flot og rummelig. Køkkenet trænger til at blive fornyet og savner en smule udstyr, men fungerede til vores behov. Rigtig god terrasse mod vest og fin pool i et roligt miljø. Der er hvad du skal bruge tæt på ift. indkøb. Der ligger også et par restauranter tæt på, men skal du finde en god strand og flere barer/restauranter skal du gå lidt længere (ca. 15-20 min). Et lille minus er at der ligger en stor vej tæt på boligen, som larmer en smule. Skal man til de omkringliggende byer, fx fuengirola, er det optimalt med bil, da den offentlige transport var noget ustabil. Alt omkring ind - og udcheckning fungerede problemfrit. Meget sød og hjælpsom vært gennem hele forløbet. De er ærlige omkring at stedet ikke er et 5-stjernet hotel, men ønsker man en rolig ferie med eller uden børn, får man meget for sine penge her.

The condition off this Appartment was unbelievable bad, the kitchen is falling apart, the lighting is not working, the lock on the oven door is broken, the electrical sockets coming out off the wall, everything is half broken or completely broken, the TV seems from around 1980, the TV reception dish has 1000 channels but 990 are blocked, the WIFI is poor and cannot be used, the lounge set on the balcony has deteriorated from many years in the sun and you hurt your hands on the broken parts of it, the foot of the sun umbrella is broken, the toilet and the bathroom smelling terrible, the toilet door downstairs cannot be closed, everything feels sticky and dirty, I can continue longer but the conclusion is that this Appartment needs a compleet renovation. Because we didn't want to let our long stay vacation be ruined in this mess we start looking and fortunately found another apartment after a week. We informed the owner (see can talk very good) that we want to leave this apartment, after explanation see agree's and promised to pay back our cost for the period we are not in the Appartment, at the end see found it normal that we pay the cost for Vrbo as well, this means one week (7 days) in this mess has cost us around € 1000,- !!!!!! and a lot of stress. Thanks very much with misleading text about this fabulous ????? Appartment. The pictures (pictures seems been used from many years ago) on the Vrbo site looks very very nice, but the truth is awful.
