Ons volledig onafhankelijke appartement met 2 slaapkamers met een eigen ingang en zwembad is gelegen in Riviera Del Sol.
Het is de volledige begane grond van de villa, maar volledig gescheiden, dus u zult volledig gebruik maken van het zwembad en nooit weten dat we boven zijn. De enige mensen die het zwembad gebruiken, zijn degenen die in het appartement verblijven, wat betekent dat U ...
Het is echt een privéruimte en op slechts 5 minuten rijden van het strand van Cabopino. We zijn halverwege tussen Marbella en Fuengirola. De twee slaapkamers (1 ensuite met Super Kingsize bed .. tweede is een Queensize bed en heeft een eigen badkamer op de gang.
De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle moderne gemakken en je hebt ook wifi en een smart-tv!
We hebben enkele basisprincipes voor het koken om je op weg te helpen plus theekoffie, enz.
Er is ook een grote mand met Sun Creams en After Sun Lotions, dus daar kun je in duiken.
Voel je vrij om onze draagbare ligstoelen en parasols te lenen voor je tijd op het strand.
U bent ook van harte welkom om de houtskoolbarbecue te gebruiken om buiten te dineren!

Marbella, Cabopino Beach & Dunes, Fuengirola, La Cala De Mijas, ideaal voor dagtochten naar Granada, Sevilla, Ronda en Cordoba.

Malaga is onze dichtstbijzijnde stad, en het Picasso-museum als slechts een van de hoogtepunten. Een miljoen restaurants van elk genre om uit te proberen.
Puerto Banus is een favoriet bij bezoekers om de glitterati te bekijken of om wat designer-shopping te doen. Lig bij uw eigen zwembad of bezoek Nikki Beach (10 minuten) of een van de strandclubs langs de Costa Del Sol.
Wij adviseren een auto, maar taxi's en Uber zijn beschikbaar als u niet wilt rijden. Afhankelijk van wanneer u bezoekt, zijn er verschillende dingen aan de hand.
Het appartement heeft alles wat u nodig heeft, inclusief toiletartikelen, handdoeken, strandlakens, haardroger, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat en WiFi.
Er is ook een Google Chrome-dongle voor u beschikbaar, zodat u uw eigen Netflix-account enz. Kunt gebruiken. We hebben enkele reisadapters voor uw gebruik en als u speciale wensen heeft, laat het ons weten en wij zullen ons best doen om dit te regelen.
Het appartement ligt in een woonwijk, en hoewel u het zwembad 24 uur kunt gebruiken, vragen wij u om stil te zijn na 23.00 uur en vóór 9.00 uur.
We hebben twee kleine / middelgrote honden, Gucci (13 jaar) en Lola (9 jaar) die meestal slapen, maar wel graag in de zon rond het zwembad liggen.
Binnen in het appartement is een rookvrije zone, maar u kunt buiten roken, geen probleem.

What a "gem" of a find. We've been renting villas & apartments for 40 years and this has got to be one of the best for a number of reasons. From first contact with the owners John & Brian to our departure, the whole experience was exceptional. The apartment is beautifully decorated, stylishly furnished and equiped with high quality equipment, crockery and cutlery etc. Even the bedding which was professionally laundered and replaced weekly was of superior quality. The apartment has everything one would need for "the perfect stay" including UKTV. John and Brian were exceptional hosts. Extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them, and it was reassuring to know they were there if needed. The apartment is located far enough back to provide peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of the sea front, bars, shops etc, but close enough to get there within minutes when required. We had the most relaxing and enjoyable five week stay and fully recommend this 5 Star apartment. Thank you very much, John & Brian.

We all enjoyed our 2 week stay in this fabulous Villa. John and Brian were first class hosts, the communication was excellent from the time of booking and throughout our stay were always available if required. The villa was amazing and was spotlessly clean and very well furnished and equipped for everything we needed for a great holiday. We had a brilliant holiday here! John and Brian were amazing hosts, always making themselves available whenever we needed them. Also accommodating our early arrival. The apartment was very clean, and spacious with all the amenities and appliances you could need and more. The outdoor area is so lovely and the pool was very much enjoyed by all! The location was great, very serene and not too far from the airport. A very short drive to the beach. We really had a fantastic holiday, thank you so much!

Un endroit très propre, piscine incluse. Beaucoup d'espace également à l'intérieur. Une excellente literie. De l'équipement en abondance (vaisselle, électroménager,...), d'ailleurs plutôt haut de gamme concernant l'électroménager, c'est rare. Les propriétaires se sont rendus disponibles et nous ont accueillis presque au milieu de la nuit (retard d'avion). Attention, c'est la Costa del Sol en été (nous concernant), donc il peut arriver d'avoir la visite de quelques bestioles ponctuellement (cafards), mais il ne s'agit pas d'un problème de salubrité, ils sont dans l'environnement. Attention également aux fourmis : la moindre miette déclenche l'arrivée d'un convoi. Il faut bien emballer la nourriture. Pour l'environnement, il n'y a aucun commerce à moins de 5-10 minutes, il faut une voiture.

We had a really relaxing holiday with everything you would ever need. To have a pool area all to our selves was a bonus. The apartment itself was tastefully furnished complete with very high specification appliances. Our host Brian and John went above and beyond to make sure we were totally comfortable. The only reason full marks were not given was the location. The location was lovely and peaceful but you did need a car or taxi whenever you wanted to go out. This was not a problem has taxis,s were always under 10 euros. Thanks for a great holiday.

My husband & I was so impressed with the appartment,bonus having your own pool.John & Brian were so accommodating,so nice the perfect hosts.The appartment had everything you need.The location was great a bit of a hill but cabs are really cheap.Loved Trevor & Sheila (there cats)coming to visit us especially as I was missing my furry babies,and little Lola the dog.Totally recomend this place,definately will be booking again.Once again thankyou so much John & Brian for making our holiday ,making memories Marilyn ,Tony & Hope X

La casa de John y Brian era mucho mejor de lo que nos esperábamos. Está limpia, es cómoda y tiene muchos detalles que te facilitan la estancia, tales como: aderezo para las ensaladas o toallas para la piscina. Las camas son muy cómodas. Ellos son súper atentos y serviciales y nos han hecho la estancia muy agradable. Espero veros el año que viene de nuevo :) ¡Millones de gracias!

We had a great stay at John and Brian's place for part of our annual escape from the Madrid heat. Their rented apartment is lovely, and as hosts they go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, including cooking staples and had a lovely welcome gift in the fridge. I would definitely recommend their place and hospitality.

We had a week visit at the apartment. Soon as we arrived we were greeted by John one of the hosts who helped us with our luggage. When we got in to the property it was even better than the pictures, and had everything we needed and more. The property was very clean and well maintained and the garden and pool area was private and relaxing. We travelled with our 1 year old, and the apartment was set out and equipped with everything ready to go to make life easy for us. John and Brian were so friendly, accommodating and couldn't do enough for us, and always on hand if needed. We would definitely recommend a visit to this property and will definitely return again. This was my first experience renting vacation accommodations on VRBO and I have absolutely no complaints. The rental process went smoothly and this property was beyond my expectations! Hervorragend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sehr geräumig mit qualitativ hochwertiger Einrichtung. Viele Extras, wie z.B. Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm, Strandtücher. Der Pool ist groß genug zum Schwimmen. John und Brian sind sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit verfügbar, wenn es Fragen gibt. Wir haben zwei sehr entspannte Wochen hier verbracht und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert, um zum Einkaufen, Strand, Restaurants zu fahren.

Enjoyed a 10 night stay with my family, property has all the mod cons, cannot fault in any way. Outside space and pool is well kept and maintained, property is private and very secure. The hosts are great and nothing is to much trouble, and at the end of our stay they felt more like old friends. I would have no hesitation recommending this property to friends and family. We arrived early, and John could accommodate us a little earlier than our check-in time as our flights were quite early. The property is an exceptional standard. And comes with the bonus of Trevor and Sheila, the kittens who would pop in to see us on a daily basis and Lola, a very friendly dog who seems to want tummy rubs all the time. The location is great and only a 5-minute drive to the beach and the restaurants. The property is in quiet urbanisation, so there is no noise from a beachfront location. The owner's Brian and John were very friendly and keen to make sure we had a good stay

We came as a family with two children aged 10 and 7 and two adults, and had an absolutely wonderful holiday! John and Brian were brilliant hosts, achieving the perfect balance between being available when we needed them but in no way being intrusive. The apartment is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need, including top of the range appliances and kitchen equipment, even down to a cool box and umbrellas to take for your own beach picnic. The pool is a wonderful asset, and our children loved being in it every day. The two gorgeous kittens and sweet dog Lola visiting us from time to time were also a welcome addition to our holiday! All in all a brilliant stay and I have no doubt that we will be back!! Thank you John and Brian!!

We spent almost 2 months in our 'winter home' whilst visiting Costa Del Sol and beyond. John & Brian(as well as Lola) are truly OUTSTANDING hosts. The property comes exactly as advertised. The apartment is outfitted to the highest quality and has everything you will possibly require. Riviera de Sol is a central location. We had our own privacy, yet we were still close enough to La Cala, Fuengirola, Marbella & Malaga. We even took day trips to Sevilla, Granada & Gibraltar. We loved our morning walks through the various beach communities that are all inter-connected by boardwalks. We also had terrific hikes in the hills right above our place. We played 7 different golf courses that were all within 8 km or less of our place. 6 of the 7 were excellent. The 7th one was merely good. It was always terrific to spend sunny afternoons lounging by our own private pool. Don't Miss... 1- La Cala de Mijas is a beautiful little beach town with excellent spots for lunch or a drink. 2-Mijas Pueblo. We stayed in the appartment for 6 weeks with John and Brian as our hosts. Both the appartment as our hosts were fantastic! The two bedroom appartment is beautiful, very roomy and very well equipped. And the pool is very nice, especially in the warmer summer months. Location is super with golfcourses beach and city all nearby. And both John and Brian went out of their way to make us feel at home. Very good value for money!
