The villa features six spacious bedrooms, 4 bedrooms in the main villa and 2 bedrooms in the separate guest house. Bright and comfortable, they're equipped with room darkening blinds so you can get a relaxing night's sleep before filling them with natural, warm sunlight. The master bedroom leads out onto a private balcony to take in the sea views with a cup of morning coffee. It has a king size bed and en suite with a bath and a shower, along with separate sinks for couples. The en suites in this villa exude spa like zen with their modern and inviting fixtures. The 2nd bedroom is also furnished with a king size bed and en suite with a full bath and shower combo. The third bedroom has 2 large single beds which zip together to make an extra king, while the 4th has another king size bed and en suite with walk in shower. The family bathroom also has another walk in shower.



The separate guest house has its own fully equipped living/dining space, a sofa bed if needed, a full service kitchen for 6 and stocked for cooking. It also comes complete with two bedrooms and each of these have en suites, both equipped with walk in showers. The master room is furnished with a super king bed. The guest house has a private entrance from the street and is separated from the main villa with its own terraces, it's a great space for those looking for some extra privacy, perfect for guests or staff.



The modern and stylishly furnished living areas have large windows which light the villa beautifully with natural light. The kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons you would expect to see in a villa, including a fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker, oven, hob, dishwasher and a laundry area with washer and dryer.



The private pool is perfect for cooling off in the summer heat and sun loungers are available to soak up the rays. The pool can also be heated during the winter on request for an additional 50 EUROS per day. This must be requested before arrival. It is available all year round, but please not it may be subject to regional drought restrictions outside of the summer period.



The terrace is also furnished with ample comfortable seating and there’s a large outdoor dining area to enjoy those al fresco moments. You can soak in the panoramic views of the sea and Sierra Nevada mountains both from downstairs and from the upper levels.



For convenience there's even an exterior toilet and shower room by the pool area.



From multiple levels of the villa, you can take in the stunning views of the sea. The villa has its own private parking and everything you need for a perfect self catered stay including air conditioning/heating throughout the villa, smart TVs in the living rooms and wifi throughout.



The villa's private terraces, beautifully adorned with original Andalusian tile. Just a short stroll away, the charming town of La Cala awaits, filled with a variety of shops and cafes to discover. For those who prefer a more relaxing pace, take a scenic walk down the hill to the beach boardwalk.
