Gelegen in de chique woonwijk van La Sierrezuela, Villa La Solana slaapt comfortabel 10-12.
Vanaf de veranda heeft Villa La Solana een ongeรซvenaard en spectaculair panoramisch uitzicht op Fuengirola en de zee, waardoor het perfect is voor een ontspannend drankje in de avond.
Op het zuiden gelegen geniet de villa van ononderbroken zonneschijn rond de tuin en het zwembad van zon tot zon, wat rustig is uniek voor elk onroerend goed!
Er is een grote veranda met een grote tafel voor 12 personen en er is ook een aparte relaxte zithoek om van het uitzicht te genieten.
De villa is 5 dubbele / dubbele slaapkamer villa allen met eigen badkamer, 4 gestileerd als "natte ruimtes" en een heeft een bad. De slaapkamers zijn ongewoon ruim en drie van hen hebben voldoende ruimte voor een extra bed en in juni 2015 was airconditioning op alle slaapkamers aangebracht. Twee bevinden zich boven, samen met een keuken eetkamer en een grote woonkamer met deuren naar een veranda. De andere drie zijn beneden en twee daarvan hebben openslaande deuren naar het zwembad.
Het zwembad heeft een royale afmeting (9. 5m x 4. 5m) met Romeinse treden aan het ondiepe gedeelte waardoor het ideaal is voor gezinnen. Het kan ook worden verwarmd tijdens de koelere maanden van het jaar tegen een extra vergoeding indien nodig.

Heerlijk huis

Wij hebben genoten van deze schitterende woning met een spectaculaire tuin. Wij waren met 3 generaties en daar was de woning zeer geschikt voor. Het enige minpuntje was dat de verwarming van het zwembad kapot was. Met name de ouderen hadden daar last van (voor eind oktober is dat wel een must). De extraโ€™s zoals tafeltennistafel, TV en wasmachine enz. waren top. Elke dag kleine uitstapjes met auto gemaakt om daarna weer in dit heerlijke huis terug te keren. Al met al een aanrader!

Great family trip in April

The villa was perfect for our needs as a family aged 3 to 73 in April. The well heated pool and a lovely garden with BBQ were a real bonus for the children and adults. The terrace and indoor dining area were both great places for family meals and could comfortably accommodate the 10 of us. All 5 good to large sized bedrooms were en suite and the configuration and flexibility suited us very well. It was very well equipped with good quality fixtures and fittings throughout and at the same time feeling comfortable and child friendly. It was helpful to have a car and it was quick to get to the beach, Mijas Pueblo, Biopark, Malaga city and airport. All communication and instructions were very clear and helpful with very speedy responses to any questions and requests. All in all it was perfect for our family holiday and is even better than the photos.

This villa is just beautiful. It has everything that you need. Kitchen is very well equipped. Plenty of room for my party of 9. Fabulous views down to the coast. Plenty if seating area on the terrace and large table seats 10. This was our 2nd visit and I hope to return next year.

Our stay at La Solana August 2024

We had a fantastic 10 day stay at Villa La Solana. The villa is beautiful and the views spectacular. Everyone loved the swimming pool and the evening bbq's. There were 10 of us, spanning three generations and including three young girls aged 5,3 and 15 months. There was plenty of shade and space inside for the girls to play, so it was the perfect villa for a relaxing family holiday and the beaches are a short drive away for those who wanted a change. The owner Jeremy was really helpful from the moment we booked and always responded promptly to any queries. We would highly recommend La Solana.

Really lovely villa

We were are group of 8 ladies. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the villa. Amazing views! We liked the veranda eating and relaxing area. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen, everything was thought of. Bedrooms suited as because we asked for the beds to be made up as singles. It was just perfect and we had a fantastic week. Just one little negative was that the bathrooms upstairs need refurbishing but perfectly adequate. We would definitely book again!

Fabulous villa with spectacular views

The villa was extremely spacious and even better than the pictures. Plenty of space both inside and out. The views from the eating areas outside were fantastic. We booked the villa mainly based on the pool area and gardens and were not disappointed. The pool was very clean and the gardens were pretty and well maintained. There were plenty of sun beds provided, as well as umbrellas which gave much needed shade. The villa itself was extremely well equipped and the kitchen especially had everything we needed. Communication with Jeremy, the host, was very efficient and helpful. Would definitely recommend this villa.

A fabulous villa in a fabulous location

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this villa. It was traditional and spanish and overwhelmingly lovely. The eating areas outside were great and the pool was something else. It was a good size for a villa, it was deep, it was beautifully lit and very well maintained. Any issues within the house were responded to really quickly and efficiently by the owner I would highly recommend this property. If I was to criticise anything it would be that the single beds were quite short. My sons are 6ft and 6ft 3inches and they were significantly too long for the beds which they found a little uncomfortable. Beds themselves are comfy it's purely the length. I am 5 ft6 inches and they were plenty long enough for me. I wouldn't however let that put me off booking again.

A wonderful family holiday

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at the villa. The gardens and pool area are beautiful and even better than the photographs. The veranda is perfect for dining and relaxing on with spectacular views of mountains, valley and sea. The Villa is in a great location slightly out of town but only a 10 minute drive from the beachfront and centre of fuengirola. James the owner quickly responded to any issues or questions we had which was much appreciated.

Beautiful villa in excellent location with amazing views

We all loved this villa for so many reasons The pool was large enough to have a good swim and accommodate plenty of inflatable toys for the children. All 5 bedrooms were large and airy. As a party of 11 (6 adults & 5 children aged 3-8) the dining areas and chiiing areas were large and just perfect. Plenty of shaded areas to escape the peak sunshine The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need The views from the upper terrace were amazing The villa is well positioned for a short drive to the beach or up to the beautiful town of Mijas We would highly recommend the villa to families or groups of friends it definitely wonโ€™t disappoint.Jeremy the host was available to answer any questions very promptly. Wonderful villa above Fuengirola

We were 10 persons who lived in Villa La Solana for two weeks summer 2023. The villa is perfect for two or three families, as there are two separate sleeping areas and all rooms have en suite bathrooms. The villa is very well equiped, and an extra plus for pool towels included. It is a bit off grid, so you willl need a car for your stay.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. Itโ€™s has everything you need for a great villa holiday. The pool is a great size and has lots of sun beds and seats to relax in. The rooms are all great size with en suite. There is also a good quality table tennis table in the shade! The highlight of the villa for me was the seating area on the veranda. Perfect for a morning cup of tea or an evening glass of wine. The communication was great and the place is well kept. Highly recommend

Lovely Villa with a perfect location and great view.

We were 8 adults and 4 children and had a great time/week with ample space for all of us. We can especially recommend the terrace on the upper floor, where we spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful view.

La Solana

We are very pleased with Villa La Solana. The terrace was lovely for meals and relaxation. Fantastic view from sunrise to sunset. Plenty of space for us, 6 adults and 4 kids. Great pool with nice sun beds for sunbathing and areas with shade as well. Quick respons from the manager Tom when we had questions. On a few occasions during evening/night we were disturbed by dogs barking.

Great villa

The property was all we expected. The decor in the villa was in good condition. The villa is very spacious and has a fantastic view from the terrace overlooking Fuengirola. The pool and the area around it is well maintained and during the day we lived by the pool for the week. Recommend this property.

Perfect!

This is a lovely property, really spacious, well maintained with a homely feel. All the rooms are extremely comfortable with en-suite bathrooms and great amenities. We were a group of 10 friends and family and had a wonderful time catching up. The pool is perfect, plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. All in all we had a really enjoyable stay,I would definitely recommend and would love to return.
