A versatile and light-filled space designed for comfort. It features an ingenious built-in double bed that can be stored to maximise floor space, as well as a comfortable sofa bed that accommodates 2 additional guests. The area includes a Smart TV and a dining table for 4 people, located next to a large window that frames beautiful views of the garden and the sea.



Kitchen:

A fully equipped kitchen designed for comfort, featuring an oven, microwave, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils.



Bathroom:

A clean and modern bathroom equipped with a shower with direct access and glass screen, a washbasin, a toilet and a vanity cabinet for your toiletries.



Community Services:

Guests have access to a lush communal garden and a gleaming swimming pool (temporarily open). The building is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by lift. There is also communal parking available.

House Rules: No smoking or pets allowed. No teenage groups (minimum age of 25 for the main guest). No parties or events permitted.



Hours of Silence: To ensure the tranquillity of the community, hours of silence are observed from 8:00 PM until 8:00 AM.



Bedding and cleaning: Sheets, towels, and hygiene products are included. Beach towels are not provided.



Laundry: The unit is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.



Swimming Pool: Temporarily Open (May–October). Please confirm availability for your specific dates.
