Just 1 minute from the beach, a high-quality beach bar, and the coastal trail. It’s also just a few minutes’ walk from a taxi stand, a bus line that goes to Marbella or toward Málaga city, and all kinds of shops, including a Mercadona supermarket, a pharmacy, bars, and restaurants.

By car, it’s very easy to access from the A7 highway and is located 17 minutes from Marbella, 13 minutes from Fuengirola, 25 minutes from the airport, and 30 minutes from Málaga. We’d like to reiterate that there is easy, free parking right on the street where the building is located.

The only areas shared with neighbors are the building’s exterior entrance and the pool area. The pool is open from June 15 through September 30. It is not available the rest of the year.

No more than 2 adults are permitted to stay.

To use a crib, guests must request it in advance; it is not always available at the property. An additional single bed (90 cm wide) can be added.

All guests over the age of 14 must fill out a guest registration form with their ID.

Glass is not permitted in the pool area.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is permitted outdoors.
