Helemaal top op een perfecte locatie
Geweldig hotel met vriendelijk personeel dat uitermate behulpzaam was, zelfs toen ik met de auto aankwam en het hotel niet meteen kon vinden omdat de navigatie niet de juiste bestemming weergaf, ben ik uiterst vriendelijk geholpen totdat ik voor de parkeergarage stond. Prima, compleet ontbijt, mooie ruime kamer met heel goed werkende airco en eveneens ruime badkamer met inloopdouche. Zelfs voor een welkomstgeschenkje was gezorgd. Het hotel heeft ook een loungebar waar je prima kunt vertoeven, maar zorgde (tenminste op mijn kamer) voor geen enkele (geluidsoverlast). Op loopafstand van de kathedraal (echt het hotel uitlopen, naar rechts en binnen 1 minuut sta je voor de kathedraal). Dus hartje centrum van Milaan met prima eetgelegenheden in de omgeving.

Modern hotel midden in het centrum van Milaan. In een oogwenk sta je voor de Dom. Ondanks de drukte heb je daar nauwelijks last van. Het ontbijt was goed, veel keus. Alleen bij drukte te weinig plaats dus het personeel moest improviseren. Dat was uiteindelijk gelukt. De receptie was heel behulpzaam, maar ze praten wel slecht Engels waardoor wat misverstanden waren ontstaan.

Aardig hotel direct om de hoek van de Duomo
Personeel was vriendelijk. Kamer was even uitzoeken hoe de verlichting werkt, maar verder wel goed te noemen. Lekkere douche, tv met veel zenders, voldoende handdoeken, wifi werkte prima. Ontbijt was eenvoudig en wellicht een beetje te krap.

Modern hotel, centraal gelegen, alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. Verassing op de kamer met elektrische massagestoel. Dat is ook het enige comfortabele aan het hotel. Ondanks luxe uitstraling, was het verblijf niet praktisch. Natte badkamer na het douchen, föhn zat vast in een klein kastje, waardoor je ook met je hoofd in het kastje moest. Prachtige wastafel in de vorm van een vaas, maar iets neerleggen moest bijna op de grond. Verder nergens een stoel of een bankje om op te zitten. Het grote bed was erg hard.

I liked nothing about this property. The loudest place I have ever stayed and staff seemed to not care about the screamng and shouting. The staff lied about fixing the air conditioning 2x. Room Service was like a fast food joint, plastic and food packets... If you do not mind staying up all night, this is the place for you.

My family (2x Daughters, 1x Wife) stayed for four nights in late October. The hotel is in an excellent location. The hotel itself is Ok, but not amazing. The rooms are functional but the style is 'cold'. There are no draws, only space to hang clothes. There is one plug per room, we booked two rooms. The mini bar is Ok, they provide coffee machine tablets but no coffee machine. The bathroom floods, there are limited toiletries. It's an Ok 4* hotel, not ideal for a family in hindsight. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.

Location YES ... the rest meh...
The location of the hotel can't be beat! We were 20 steps from the piazza. The hotel itself was so-so. It felt to me like they were trying for modern and just threw stuff together. Anyway, would i stay there again - probably not. The price was high and if I'm spending that kind of money i'll try a different hotel.

The hotel is a great location and the staff are really helpful and nice. That’s about it . The amount of dust from the suites we stayed in was absolutely ridiculous. The concept of a design hotel is great but the layout of the rooms give dust a lot of spaces to hide. It was suffocating the amount of dust was in the rooms. The washrooms were not functional / practical , they work but no vanity to rest your toiletries hot water was iffy and the floor was raised. We had to be moved cause the shower broke in our initial suite which hotel concierge got us upgraded to a huge suit which was great. But more space for more dust , same issue with the washroom, this time the tub was leaky and there was just loads of dirt stains and cracked tiles. The housekeeping in this hotel is horrible. Honesty the rating is just based on location and staff but to be honest they’re so many options in Milan I don’t think it’s worth it .

This hotel was in an amazing spot close to all sites… perfect location especially because we were only there for one day and one night. There is valet parking but we had a hard time getting to the hotel with our vehicle so we found an offsite parking on our own The hotel is amazing modern clean very beautiful
