Soggiorno piacevole a pochi km dal centro
Struttura molto bella e spaziosa. Mi sono trovato molto bene. Letti comodi, bagni puliti e dotati di tutti i comfort. La connessione internet funziona bene e non ho riscontrato alcun problema. La colazione è confezionata ma comunque sufficiente. I mezzi pubblici sono a pochi passi dalla struttura. Arrivare in centro di Milano è molto semplice. Ottima struttura.

Accogliente struttura moderna e multifunzionale
Bellissima struttura, curata, multifunzionale. I letti sono comodi e il bagno molto pulito. A pochi passi dalla struttura c'è una fermata dell'autobus, collegamento necessario per raggiungere la metropolitana e il centro di Milano. È stato un soggiorno piacevole. Posto assolutamente consigliato.

Il miglior hotel qualità/prezzo a Milano. Top!
Appena tornerò a Milano saprò dove andare. Non perdete tempo a cercare altro, la titolare è davvero persona disponibile, camere arredate con gusto, calde e silenziose. Non credo si possa chiedere di meglio. Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti a metà gennaio. Complimenti!

Great for longer stays
Great room for longer stays, home away from home with your own private garden and kitchen. This is essentially a serviced apartment so don't expect snappy check-in times, and the room also doesn't have an iron.

Perfect but cold
Accomodation was perfect, the room was large and pretty well decorated. A small was the heater. In Nov, it was very cold in the flat, but beside of that, I recommend.

I am sorry that you have been cold. We keep a temperature of 20 degrees, but perhaps have kept the windows open before your arrival has cooled environment. thank you for your comment.

Vous arrivez devant l'adresse indiquée et surprise vous êtes dans un parking avec des bâtiments occupés par des bureaux.Aucune indication permettant de savoir que vous êtes à la bonne adress,vous entrez dans des couloirs en parpaings comme des couloirs de cave,vous trouvez la porte A14,une porte blindée et personne ne répond:2h d'attente après avoir appelé hotel.com pour que quelqu'un arrive.Accueil négligeant,et vous entrez dans une espèce de studio,avec un palier où le petit déjeuner du lendemain est dressé:2 dosettes de café,des sachets de thé,des biscuits, des biscottes et des croissants sous vide à l'huile de palme,c'est tout...216 euros pour 2 nuits,c'est honteux et et aucun contact avec personne

Our structure is a loft greatly appreciated, clean, well furnished as a 4-star hotel. The check-in starts from 14.00 to 17.30 for other times you have to contact us 24 hours before, but despite this we are hosting available even if you come out of the schedules described. The breakfast is not provided, we offer snacks, coffee and tea to all guests at any time.

Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist top
Das Hotel hält, was im Internet von den Fotos versprochen wird. Das Viertel ist etwas ausserhalb der Stadt und auf den ersten Blick sieht die Straße eher industriell aus, wir haben uns aber zu keinem Zeitpunkt unsicher gefühlt. Mit der Metro ist man sehr schnell (ca. 20 Min.) im Zentrum. Zur Expo haben wir bisschen mehr als eine Stunde gebraucht, das hat aber mehr damit zu tun, dass die Expo so weit draussen liegt. Das Frühstück ist für ItalienerInnen anscheinend ok, für alle die nördlicher Leben ist es ein Scherz. 2 Scheiben Zwieback, Marmelade, ein Madleine pro Person. Wenn man mit einem echten Frühstück rechnet ist das eine Entäuschung. Kaffee und Tee sind ok.' Wir konnten mitten in der Nacht ankommen, da hat uns ein freundlicher Typ empfangen, sonst haben wir nie irgendjemanden gesehen. Sogar bei der Abreise sollten wir nur den Schlüssel liegen lassen. Einmal am Tag wird geputzt. Insgesamt kann man sagen, dass das Preis Leistungsverhältnis top ist.

la nostra struttura è un loft, non serviamo colazione ma offriamo snack, thè latte e caffè a tutte le ore del giorno. Nessuno rimane nella struttura, affittiamo camere ben arredate, pulite e ricche di ogni confort come un hotel a 4 stelle. Lasciamo il nostro numero di telefono a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione o aiuto. Grazie della vostra visita.

Soluzione B&B per lavoro
La soluzione offerta all'interno di una struttura moderna e molto curata nei dettagli è sicuramente molto piacevole ed accogliente. Certamente una valida alternativa all'albergo, anche se l'unico inconveniente può essere il check-in fino alle 17:30 visto che si rischia di rimanere fuori dalla struttura, specialmente se si arriva in taxy la prima volta può non risultare piacevole.

Grazie per la recensione. Il check in è dalle 14.00 alle 17.30 perchè in questi orari c'è il portiere, ma senza problema veniamo ad aprire anche in altri orari accordandoci per l'appuntamento.

Terrible - No front desk, locked gate
This facility has no front desk. I reached the place at 6PM and I saw a locked gate. There was nobody around. I called the number listed on the reservation but the person only spoke Italian. I only spoke English. After 15 minutes, some person who was a resident in one of the suites stopped to help me. He called the contact person and I was promised that someone will show up in 15 minutes. Nobody did. After 45 minutes of agonizing wait after a long trip from US to Italy, another resident showed up. I pleaded with him for help and he called the contact person again. After 30 minutes finally someone showed up and I got access to the room. The room was one floor up and I had to take all my stuff up the stairs. It was the most painful experience I have had with hotels.

Il check in chiude alle ore 17.30, siete pregati come scritto nelle regole della struttura di avvisare un giorno prima il vostro arrivo se fuori orario check in, non avete avvisato e abbiamo fatto il possibile per non lasciarvi fuori. Dopo le 17,30 è no show

Weekend a milano: Buona la sistemazione ; peccato per un inconveniente alle finestre elettriche. Prezzo non eccessivo soprattutto se si è in tanti.
