Ups and downs
it is very hard to rate this hotel. On one hand it is very cheap, close to a tram station, clean and the staff is friendly. On the other hand, the walls of the rooms are so thin you can hear people talk, walk, cough and I'm sure a lot more if they were in the mood... We didn't sleep at all on the first night. The second night we did sleep well because there were almost no other guests. If you decide to stay in this clean and friendly hotel, at least bring some earplugs.

Great little hotel. Really functional no frills very friendly place. Tram stops into centre on the doorstep .Breakfast above average continental . Would definitely stay again. Don’t be put off by the approach leading to it!!! Very pleasantly surprised

Simple
If you want a simple and friendly place to stay, this is a great location. Close to Tram 14 and Tram 1 for an easy route to central Milano. Friendly staff wuth a tasty selection of coffee to start your day. Room is sparse, but if you're planning on spending more time exploring Milano, than inside a hotel room, then it's near perfect.

Arrivato al Bel Sit mi dicono che hanno un problema e mi indirizzano in un altro hotel ACCURSIO tre stelle che si trova nelle vicinanze li mi sono trovato bene mi danno una bella camera al secondo piano l'hotel non ha l'ascensore questa per me è una nota negativa

Very Pleasant hotel.
Clean and pleasant hotel in a very nice area of Milan. Good transport links (bus and tram) to get you into the centre. About a 20 minute walk to the nearest metro stop (M5 Lotto). A few bars and restaurants nearby. 24 hour supermarket a 2-3 minute walk away and a small shopping centre 5 minutes away.

La struttura è vecchia e fatiscente, ma in mano a questi tre ragazzi che ruotano in reception tutto diventa una esperienza bellissima. Inoltre rispetto a molti hotel magari più stellati, i dettagli qui compensano: tutti i rubinetti nuovi, finestre con infissi anti rumore (non senti la strada rumorosa se le tieni chiuse) e ad ogni eventuale esigenza loro te la risolvono e sono super gentili. Si vede che ci tengono. Bravi Bravi.

Bra hotell
Hotellet var fint och rent. Mycket ren toalett och bra AC. Personalen var trevlig och mycket hjälpsam. Lite utanför själva Milano så området var sådär. Rekommenderas.

Staff is welcoming and super helpful especially Simon. They offer me free cappuccino. The single bed is large and comfortable. The room is super clean.

Good hotel near to the central bus station
The hotel room was big and clean. There are many restaurants and supermarkets (even 24/7) near to the hotel, which can all be reached within 5 minutes. Very convenient as we arrived in Milano very late.. not very good location to the city central but nearer to the bus station if you need to catch a bus on the next day. Hotel personnel very friendly and helpful!

Un comune hotel
Un hotel che vale quel che costa... Quindi non c'è da aspettarsi la signorina alla reception con un sorriso smagliante e super disponibile, ma dei comunissimi individuo che fanno giusto quel che basta... Non c'è da aspettarsi il quartiere più inn di Milano ma un qualsiasi quartire di periferia... Per quel che costa è giusto.

メトロの駅からは距離がありますが、トラムもうまく使えば移動は楽かと思います。部屋は金額相応で、それ以上でも以下でもない感じです。朝食のカプチーノが意外と美味しかったです。

visita Milano
Hotel non molto attraente dal punto di vista estetico ma si riscatta nel complesso, perchè non è troppo lontano dal centro è pulito economico e la sera non c'è rumore. se volete passare qualche giorno a Milano senza spendere troppo ma senza farvi mancar nulla va bene, personale serio che rispetta la parola data

reasonable price, good service
The price was reasonable and they were nice people. The hotel is a little bit old, but tolerable. It is a little far from the city centre (approx. 30 min.), but trams worked well. a supermarket and a coin operated laundry are nearby. I have no complaint.
