We appreciate all review as we think they all are an incentive to improve our effort to make the stay of our guests as pleasant as possible but we believe this review is unfair and does not reflect the real condition of the apartment The guests who, as previously agreed with us, arrived very late (after midnight) called our staff on call just after arrival and asked to immediately replace curtains, sofa covers and bedspreads, claiming that, being allergic, they needed a completely sterile environment. Given that no one had informed us in advance of any allergies, we sent one of our employees to clean the apartment accordingly with the guests' wishes at 8.30 am, but he was sent away by the guests who left the house. We think we have done everything possible to meet a particular situation (the presence of allergic people). If we had been warned of severe allergies of the guests, we would have told them that this was not an apartment suitable for those suffering from serious allergies.
