Stay in COMFORT with easy access to EVERYTHING
Alberto has really got his act together. The beautifully appointed apartment is an architectural gem. In the apartment there is everything you could need. We washed our laundry at the end of our stay and the machine worked perfectly. Instructions are everywhere and easy to read and in English! Comfy bed, I don’t usually sit on Vrbo furniture…I FELL ASLEEP on the couch because it was so comfortable. Every appliance and kitchen tool was available (usually more than just one…) And the VIEWS! It’s on the 6th floor but the elevator is always ready and quick. The front desk lady was very welcoming ARIANA?of course her pup Paco is so cute Communicated instantly at any question we might have. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay in Milan
This is a wonderful property! Alberto, our host, was exceptionally helpful. He gave us lots of information on Milan (places to visit, places to eat, etc.). He even gave us a recommendation for our trip to Lake Como after our time in Milan. this apartment is beautiful, with an amazing 180 degree view of Milan. The unit is well appointed. It is about 1 km from the Duomo, and very quiet.

Super host Alberto was amazing—sent recommendations for restaurants and travel apps! So attentive. The place itself is spectacular. What you see in the pictures *is* what you get. Great location, with a grocery store next door. If ever I’m in Milan again, we’d definitely return to Alberto’s!

Stylish, comfortable flat in ideal location
This flat has every comfort to ensure a perfect stay, including a washing machine. The flat is on a high floor with banks of windows in a wonderful tree-filled neighborhood with lots of great restaurants nearby and is walking distance to the Duomo. Alberto, the host, is an excellent communicator providing helpful and thorough directions for checking in, checkout as well as tips to maximize the features of the flat. In addition, he provides great restaurant recommendations and not to be missed local attractions. This is our second stay in the flat and we would book again on any subsequent trip to Milan.

Bright and Cheerful
The Apartment is in a nice quiet residential location but close enough to walk to the city centre and its various attractions. The host is very helpful in providing information and suggestions for visitors to the city and surrounding areas. We loved the view to St Lorenzo which is floodlit all night and can be seen while lying in bed. The convenience of a well stocked supermarket in the base of the building can not be overstated. We would strongly recommend this property for a couple who prefer to live in a home rather than camp in a hotel during their stay in Milan.

Alberto’s apartment checked all the right boxes. The apartment was even better than the photos suggested. The location was just about perfect. Close to the canal restaurant row, close to the Porta Ticinese. Near the Darsena. My wife and I rented bikes from bike-mi and found bike stands within 5 min walks from the apartment. Alberto was very helpful when we were trying to arrange the stay, and very receptive to last minute changes in plans. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Extraordinary experience in sixth floor beautifully remodeled convenient Milan neighborhood.
From beginning to end, Alberto made our visit easy and comfortable. He provided extra information and communication ahead of our arrival, and checked to make sure everything was going smoothly, answering any questions we had. The neighborhood was out of the central area but convenient to everything, by walking or tram or metro. The apartment was eye catching in its design and utility. It was a unique experience and I would go there again in a heartbeat.

Notre hôte n’a pas pu nous accueillir mais à arrangé pour qu’une personne soit présente à notre arrivé. Notre hôte nous a quand même parlé et texté pour voir si tout était à notre goût ou si on avait des questions. L’emplacement de l’appartement est ok, mais se trouve à 20 minutes de marches pour se rendre au principales attractions. Pas un problème pour nous. N’hésitez pas!

Great location and very helpful host
We had a very pleasant stay in this property, which was conveniently located and spacious. It was an easy 15-20 minutes walk to the Duomo, the Santa Maria delle Grazie (the Last Supper), Naviglio Grande, etc. Alberto is one of the most helpful hosts that we have encountered. Not only provide assistance and answers whenever asked, he made good suggestions to additional interesting (and lesser known) places to visit. Don't forego the opportunity to solicit help from Alberto. We'd gladly stay at this property again if and when we visit Milan again. Gracie mille, Alberto.

Beautiful flat, great location
My husband and I stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon. The flat was perfect: gorgeous, easily walkable to restaurants and sightseeing. Really nice amenities and decor. Spacious apartment; great location
We were sad to leave this large, well-furnished apartment in the historic center of Milan. Although there are Metro and tram stops near the apartment, we were able to walk to all the sites we visited. There are good restaurants and bars nearby, where locals far outnumber tourists. The host, Alberto, responded quickly to all questions and offered a lot of tips to help us make the most of our visit to Milan. The views from the apartment are indeed spectacular, as advertised.

Fantastic Apartment in Central Milan
My husband and I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is very well located, just steps away from the Navigli canal district where there are tons of fun restaurants and bars. It is also within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions in Milan. Antonio was the most amazingly helpful, responsive and accommodating host. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. It was perfect for our visit, and we hope to stay there again when we return to Milan. Thank you for all, Antonio!

Designer paradise!
What a treat: to come to Milan, the center of modern design, and stay in the apartment that is a feast for the eye! The building was constructed in the 60s by a famous architect, but recently renovated with care and thought that is unparalleled: well equipt kitchen, spacious living room with the the view over the campanello , bedroom with comfortable mattress ( unusual for Italy in general), bathroom. And the best part is the hosts Alberto and Florent. They met us right at the gate to garage upon arrival, showed everything in the flat, gave suggestions for the restaurants. Very caring and kind! The flat is about 20 minutes walk to Duomo, doable if the weather is nice, otherwise Uber is functioning well. Highly recommend!

Great location with parking
We enjoyed our stay at this property. There is a grocery store next door and a parking place is included in the rental. This is essential in Milan. There are numerous restaurants and the sites are within walking distance. The owner is helpful and was very responsive from the time we booked till we left.

Wonderful classy apartment with amazing hosts
Staying at this apartment with my family proved to be a better experience than we could ever expect. The apartment itself is in a perfect location; close to the canals, local coffee and food spots, grocery store, and easy to get into town from. Inside the apartment: It was for sure the cleanest and classiest place I've stayed. Amazing views, a nice layout and comfortable furniture, and any amenity that a person would require. There was not one single part that I would change or ask to be improved - it is top of it's class in a city that oozes composure and world-leading appeal. The hosts were as best as they get in terms of help regarding local points of interest, restaurants, etc., and amongst the nicest people you can meet. I highly recommend staying here and wish much success to this property; when I come back to Milan soon, this isn't just my first choice of accommodation, it's my only choice! Fantastic apartment, matched by fabulous hosts
My husband and I stayed for 8 nights and it was probably the best catered for `apartment we’ve ever stayed in. The hosts provided amazing locations for us to visit plus restaurant tips complete with photos. The apartment itself was incredibly generous, with everything provided and spotlessly clean. It proved a wonderfully quiet retreat after a hectic day sightseeing Milan. We were close enough to the centre to be able to walk in yet far enough to avoid the crowds. Public transport was extremely close if we needed it. We would definitely stay again in the future and can’t recommend the apartment highly enough.

Alberto was the best host we have had in any of our travels. The apartment was fantastic with everything you would want. Spacious, clean, safe, close to the metro and walking distance to the center of the city. While on his own vacation Alberto would check in and give us pointers and suggestions for spending our time and all of his ideas were bang on. And Dora, who checked us in, was superb - to the degree of bringing us candles and matches when the electricity went out due to a storm! Our stay in Milan was fantastic. Thank you very much Alberto.

Séjour inoubliable - appartement de rêve!
Nous sommes de grands voyageurs et louons régulièrement des appartements et maisons lors de nos déplacements. Ceci est très certainement le plus bel endroit où nous avons séjourné en Europe. L’appartement est absolument magnifique (encore plus beau que sur les photos) et très, très bien équipé. Vous ne manquerez de rien. L’appartement est très calme et offre une très belle vue sur Milan. Nous avons trouvé l’appartement très bien situé pour visiter. Les restaurants à distance de marche de l’appartement et recommandés par les propriétaires sauront ravir les fins gourmets. Les propriétaires sont des plus sympathiques et ont répondu très rapidement à nos questions. Bref, nous avons adoré et serons de retour lors de notre prochain passage à Milan.

Most comfortable 6 nights of our 4 week trip
Great apartment in a wonderful location within easy walking distance of bars, Cafés, restaurants, the canals and a large market (Sundays and Tuesdays). There's even a supermarket under the building that's open until 1am. Eveything you could possibly need in a stylish and comfortable apartment with a charming and extremely helpful host. Air-conditioning works well and an interesting air flow system meant we didn't desicate despite having it running almost constantly as it was hot outside. Endless hot water and great water pressure. We could even login to our Netflix account and watch our favourite TV! Very quiet washing machine and a very luxurious bathroom. If I went looking for a downside then a clothes dryer would have been handy, however 2 large airers are provided and clothes dry quickly near the windows. All in all highly recommended and would most definitely stay again.

Stylish and Perfect
My husband and I spent wonderful holidays in Milan. We loved it to explore the city, churches and museums, particularly Fondazione Prada (an advice of Alberto and Florent). Perfect apartment to explore Milan
We have only praise for Alberto and his apartment. Alberto was very prompt and informative with all correspondence and so kind to book our taxi to take us to the train station when we were leaving. With limited Italian, this was such a relief. The apartment was immaculate, very well equipped with every convenience, and perfectly located to Metro, restaurants and best of all a great little supermarket on the ground floor of the building. The expansive views over the city, from the apartment windows were an unexpected treat. Seeing the sun rise over the Duomo each morning a joy. Perfect walkabout for Milan!
My WhatsApp exchange with the owners of the flat: “A ‘Thank You’ to both of you, for making our first day ever in Milan quite pleasant! Yesterday and our slumber at your flat was perfect!👌🏼 We slept like GOOD babies the entire evening, through the rain and thunder, and arose at... ...10:42!!!😱 The bed and its dressings were so cozy, the windows closed with the shades closed made for a soundproof room, and the temperature was spot on. The tour of SMdG and Leonardo’s vineyard was very informative and to see the Last Supper in its glory was breathtaking. I don’t think that you had anything to do with the painting (although I’m not sure, as everything else that you and [your partner] have touched has turned to gold ie the flat), but if I were you I would suggest it as a must-see for any Milan visitor. We like to walk, so I am very happy that we didn’t arrange for a car; it would have sat unused until tomorrow. Using Google Maps, getting around here is quite easy, people are very friendly and seem to have patience with our broken Italian... Anyway, against your and a friend who is familiar with the area’s recommendations for dinner, because we were spent, chose to dine downstairs. Don’t suggest it. Ever. Basta. And the wine we purchased at CarreFour was non-drinkable (we poured the ENTIRE bottle down the drain after 1 SIP each!), but that isn’t CarreFour nor Milan’s fault; just a bad choice for us (my husband is a wine collector, so we’re a bit spoiled). This day brings us the tour of the catedral and it’s Rooftops and a (hopefully) lovely dinner at Il Luogo Aimo e Nadia; this should be a MUCH better evening) and tomorrow we will do lunch at Il Salumaio di Montenapoleone, a suggestion from a friend (thoughts?) before we take off to visit our cousin who lives on Lake Como. Did not plan too much, I knew that we would need to adjust (jet lag), but I/we will return and hope that you’ll have availability for us next time. You guys have been great! Grazie😘😘” The owners met up with us on our last day and took us to one of their favorite enotecas which we were 100% satisfies with. The owners were “within 1hour responsive to any questions, offered many other suggestions and, golly, we just love them! Will NEVER need now choose another flat in Milan as long as this one is available. Grazieeeeeeeee e CiaoCiao! 😘😘

Upscale Flat Close to the Best of Milan
We really love this apartment and would have happily stayed longer. Alberto is the consummate host and treated us so incredibly well. He is so well organized and provides all the information you could ever require to prepare for arrival as well as tips on what to do and see in Milan. The flat has more amenities than you would ever need and is perfectly situated close to restaurants, bars, shopping and some pretty amazing historic sites. The views from the flat are spectacular and having a small supermarket downstairs was a real bonus. The best part of this stay, however, was getting to know Alberto and discovering what a kind and generous person he is. Although we there a short time, we feel as though we have made a new friend and we hope to see Alberto and his family again soon.

Simply the best!
Alberto is truly professional, helpful and thoughtful when he extensively explained the workings of the apartment. It is on the 6th floor of a very quiet building and it is modern, immaculate and spacious. There are modern, high quality appliances - Alberto communicated through “ what’s app” when we asked how to operate the stove after we had settled in. The apartment is very well positioned in relation to the Duomo and the popular Naviglio District, both within easy walking distance. The electric shutters on the windows and the large sliding door for the bedroom, combined with a comfortable bed, ensures a good sleep. The large windows add to the fantastic view towards the Duomo, the tower S. Lorenzo and the clock tower S. Eustorgio. We were impressed with the well stocked bathroom accessories and kitchen condiments that add to a traveller’s comfort and enhances the cooking of meals. As we did some self catering, we were thankful of previous people’s generosity. Our experience in Milan was enriched with the stay in the apartment, and we would like to thank Alberto for his assistance.

Beautiful flat in a wonderful location. Couldn't recommend it highly enough!
The apartment is beautifully presented with a large living area, good sized and well equipped kitchen, large ensuite and comfortable bed. There are amazing views over Naviglio's rooftops and out to the Duomo. The large windows allow plenty of natural light to flood into the apartment but at night time the window shutters can be used to block out early morning sun. Getting to and from the main sights is very easy. The Duomo is a 20 minute walk or an 8 minute tram ride. Da Vinci's 'Last Supper' is a 15 minute walk. Naviglio itself has plenty to offer. The canals are s fantastic place for aperitivo, a nice meal or just to watch the world go by. There are also excellent cafes and pizzerias close by and the supermarket below the apartment is quite large and has just about everything you will need. The hosts, Alberto and Florent, could not have been more helpful. They answered every email within a day - most times within minutes if our time zones aligned. They were really friendly and relaxed people who made an effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. They gave really clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and ensured we were met and shown into the accommodation even though our flights were delayed. For our departure they organised a taxi to take us to the train station. We had 4 nights in Navilglio, Milan, and wish we had had more. We would love to come back again.

Lovely Place!
The apartment was great. The location is awesome. Grocery downstairs. Restaurants, shops and bars close by. Park across the street. Apartment had all the conveniences a person could want. Alberto was super nice and helpful. Milan is a interesting city. We would stay in this apartment when returning for another visit.

Immaculate, beautiful view from 6th floor, contemporary design, artistically decorated.
Alberto could not have been nicer! Helped us with dinner reservations, and ordered our departure taxi. He was always available and answered questions immediately.

Quiet, central apartment
Great location; still in the historical centre, but in a quiet neighbourhood. Well appointed apartment with a modern design. Alberto was prompt, friendly and helpful with his advice. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Rental Apartment
Alberto was outstanding. He wasn't in town during our visit, but ensured that someone was present to meet us and called us to give us a verbal on- the- phone walk-through of the entire apartment, including every detail. The place was clean, neat and had all the essential accessories for a comfortable stay. The location is about a 15-20 walk to the Duomo and a much shorter walk to the trams. There was a market downstairs which was extremely convenient. He even arranged a cab for us on our departure day.

Estancia inmejorable en el centro de Milan !!
Estuvimos con nuestra hija pequeña y todo fue perfecto. El apartamento es moderno (tal cual se ve en las fotos), amplio, muy luminoso, muy limpio, silencioso, con unas vistas preciosas de Milán y ofrece unas calidades y accesorios excelentes de alto nivel. No falta ni un detalle. Está situado a unos 10 min. andando del centro. El recibimiento fue muy afectuoso y nos dieron mucha información sobre lo que hacer. El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado centralizado, lo cual es una maravilla cuando vuelves a casa después de un día trasteando por Milán y alrededores. Cama confortable y baño espacioso. Todo el apartamento es muy funcional e invita a la relajación; lamparas con regulación de luz, cadena de música con amplia selección de cd`s,..., en fin si vas a Milán, no pierdas la oportunidad de alojarte en este fabuloso apartamento !!! Gracias Alberto por todo, eres una gran anfitrión.

Definitely a Five Star Experience!
We found the flat to be a marvelous home base for exploring Milan. It is spacious, beautifully appointed, and spotless. The location is very convenient. We were easily able to reach all sites by foot. A full wall of windows affords a lovely view of the city. Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. We are just concluding a vacation consisting of a five city tour throughout Europe and have stayed exclusively in vacation rentals. This was by far the best. Highly recommend!

Quiet, comfortable with a great view
Everything about this apartment is top notch. Ease of booking, gracious hosts, and location combined to make this apartment a perfect choice. It's easy walking to the Navigli area, public transportation and restaurants. We chose it because it is so near the fabulous antique market that is held the last Sunday of each month along the canal. We were delighted with the spaciousness, cleanliness and comfort of the apartment. It is on a high floor with lots of windows and a view that captures the sunrise. Alberto and I coordinated final checkin details via Whatsapp and Florent was there to greet us. He patiently told us all about the neighborhood and sightseeing advice. We had secure parking in the apartment building and Florent helped us register our car by phone with the Italian authorities which is required to avoid a charge within the special Milan center district. Signs are posted throughout but we didn't understand them. This happened to us in Arezzo and we received a $75 bill from Italy weeks after returning home. We rent frequently throughout Europe and overall this was one of our best overall experiences.
