Uitstekend hotel direct naast metro gelegen
Prima verzorgt hotel met zeer verzorgde schone kamer, heerlijke badkamer. Het hotel personeel is zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en hebben direct een oplossing. Het restaurant is minder, bedienend personeel is onvriendelijk, komt misschien door de taal. Het eten viel tegen, de biefstuk was taai, de pasta lekker. De bar is weer goed met aardig personeel.

Very well kept property with a wonderful staff. They were so helpful to us! The pool area is beautiful and even if it’s too cool to swim it’s really nice to lay on a pool chair for an afternoon break. The restaurant was very good too. The rooms were well appointed with everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

We booked this hotel last minute and we were disappointed in the cleanliness, the walls were super thin gear everything in the room next door and there is nothing around the hotel in walking distance

Location and hotel are great. Only issue is the shower is very slippery and the way it is designed could cause an issue for someone. Other than that everything was great.

Conociendo la mayoría de los hoteles crown plaza , nos llamo mucho la atención el mal estado de los colchones y almohadas de la habitación que nos toco. Nos ocasionó un fuerte malestar de espalda y un mal estar general por no poder dormir. El resto no nos podemos quejar el hotel está bien situado y la atención es buena con sabroso desayuno. Seguiremos hospedandonos en esta cadena hotelera.

One night. It was perfect location because we arrived by train and next day we flew from Mila - MXP. The buses to the airport just outside the train station. Hotel clean and room was comfy. If staying lo get in Milan, I would stay near the Duomo.
