Prachtig appartement, heel schoon. Twee badkamers. Mooi ingericht, Fijne sfeer. In een leuke wijk, met veel restaurantjes. Je loopt in 15 minuten naar de Duomo. Het is ‘s avonds wel lawaaierig, uitgaansplek van jongeren, duurt tot 12.30. Zondagnacht werd vuilnis opgehaald en werden de straten geveegd. Maar even zo goed een fantastische plek.

Basic appartement. Geen uitzicht (je kunt alleen de lucht zien). Airco staat gericht op hoofdkussens van het bed hetgeen niet zo comfortabel is. Bed, keuken en badkamer waren prima.

Awesome place and location
Apartment was clean warm and welcoming! Accommodations were just as described, plenty of beds for a family of 2 adults and 5 children. Staff were amazing. Close to lots of shopping and dining. I would definitely recommend to others. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed here for 4 nights as a family with a 4 year old. The location couldn’t be any better, with the Duomo literally around the corner! Easy access to shops and plenty of places to eat as well. Supermarket just next door and felt really safe. The apartment itself was lovely with all amenities as required. Good communication with the office via WhatsApp and nice and spacious.

The service team was exceptional. Clear communications. Alertness. Helpfulness. And professional. This is probably the best rent service team I have ever encountered in Europe....by far. There is nothing really negative for me to say. I highly recommend Heart Apts, and I will visit them again soon. Great job! Five shining stars.

The best thing about this apartment was the location, only a 5 minute walk to the Duomo thru the Galeria. Very convenient to all of the main attractions. Parking was not too bad. We dropped all our stuff off and parked, also about a 5 min walk. The apartment was clean and comfortable, not much of a view, but it served all our needs. We had a very nice stay.

The property was spacious and clean for 4 adults. It was on the first floor so you could easily walk to the apartment or take the elevator. Eduardo and Antonio were very helpful and they communicated with us frequently. We booked our taxi through them and it was helpful that they gave us the taxi phone number. It was close to shopping, cultural places etc. We really appreciated that we could go back to the apartment during the very hot days to cool down.
