Sehr schön möbliert, toller Balkon, großzügiges Bad
Sehr sicher (Haus und direktes Umfeld)
Kaffee, Tee und Wasser sowie weitere Kleinigkeiten vorhanden, Supermarkt (Esselunga) ganz nah. Sehr gutes Frühstückscafe um die Ecke

WARNING choose something else
WARNING! They lack routines and ability to solve problems and some staff is instead incredibly rude and condecending.1 Have EVERYTHING from the hotel on paper: email and printed receipts 2You might get a completely different location than You booked 3 They are most often very difficult to reach by phone. May take days and hours. 4 Practical problems I had include (there were more, with these the staff was in addition rude and simply did not listen): The wrong keys and instruction twice. No showering mornings or evening which the hotel knew about but did not say AND they still charged full rate AND there were problems with changing flat took two days. Getting an email that my booking would be cancelled within 24 hours because my card was not working, took me 30min to help the hotel & stop the cancelling. Despite this: Getting a text message evening after several days stay: come immediately to reception very important(!) took 1 hour of constant calling before hotel answered. Then 1 hour to explain that no I had not checked in that day and yes I had paid already. No my card is working – clearly as I indeed already had been charged. Rudeness instead if solving problems when/if possible and no readiness for practical problems. For exampel: They say they will go with You to the flat on check in but admission to the flat after waiting 4 hours after 2oclock means YOU are annoying when You kindly call and ask if there is some mistake after 1 hours waiting outdoors with no keys.

Lo staff è cortese e disponibile. La foto su Internet vicino al Duomo probabilmente è la migliore struttura. La mia era più lontana ma mi hanno trasferito in una vicino al Duomo solo che l’appartamento era parzialmente ristrutturato.

Excelente departamentop
La habitacion era un departamento muy comodo y excelente ubicacion. Todo fuera perfecto si llegas luego del la hora del check in, ya que si llegas en la manana los departamentos no son en el centro de Milan y si llegas en la manana debes dejar las maletas en la oficina cerca del Duomo. Lo demas recomendadisimo…. eramos 5 personas y nos fue excelente

Avoid at all cost!
I recommend you avoid this place at all cost. They are beyond unprofessional and they're actually extremely disrespectful. When we arrived we couldn't reach anyone even though check in was until 1 am and it was only 11 PM. We roamed the streets trying to find this place. My wife and I had our 3 little children with us in the middle of Milan until 1230 am. Finally we found a nice local person that helped us find the place but it was an apartment so there was no way inside unless we could contact the management. Finally around 1230 am one of the managers was "passing by" and noticed us. He let us in. When we got in he charged us an extra 70 euro for our 3 year old daughter that was sharing a bed with us anyway. He said he'd do us a favor and not charge us the late check in fee. This was even though it was his fault we were checking in at that time and the reservation said we can check in until 1 am. The room was nice looking but they had the air conditioning set high and we could not change it. It was very hot in there. The pull out sofa bed was broken so my 2 sons had to sleep in a malfunctioning bed. Finally, on the day of checkout we asked for a late checkout and the receptionist said that was fine and we'd pay 30 euro. We got a call a little while later from the male manager saying we had to be out because they had other guests coming. I let him know that we're not ready yet. He started yelling at me and telling me we had to leave now. Extremely bad experience.

one of the most beautiful place we have ever stayed @ in Italy. It feels like home away from home. Close to everything , restaurants and train station are just a walk away. Very nice place with a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the city. Close to a supermarket as well called 'Eataly'.The only thing we did not like is the communication part, we hard time trying to get hold of whoever going to meet us up in the condo- other than that overall it was good. Will stay again if ever we go back to MIlan for sure.

Apartment close to the Centre - great location
My stay was good. Super friendly staff who was very responsive and helpful
As this company represented many apartments, I didn't think the photo represented where we stayed so was a little disappointed. But overall the stay was pleasant and I would use them again.

Wonderful apartment stay
The stay was great - however we booked one of the apartments which was not located in the main hotel so we didn't know what the address is until the day we checked-in. So the location was not quite where we thought it was. The apartment itself is amazing!

Our Milan stay
Our stay at heremas luxury apartment was fatastic. It's a huge penthouse with big balconies on 19th floor so you can see the entire Milan from it. The apartment was flawless in one of the best buildings of Milan. The best past of the apartment was the daily housekeeping which made us feel as if we were living in a penthouse with all facilities of a four star hotel.
