Schandalig slecht hotel. Helemaal uit de tijd.
Ongezellig, onvriendelijk en helemaal op. Deze eigenaar kan beter meteen stoppen. Slechte kamers, rumoerig met aan elkaar geplakte zeiltjes op de grond. Je kent het wel, daar wil ke niet zijn.

- Jammer dat de hotel zit naast elkaar met de appartementen (gewone bewoners). we hebben geen vrijheid om naar buiten de deur, elke keer moeten wij aanbellen. - geen air conditions maakte lastig ivm de warmte van temp.

Good price
The rooms are basic, but quite clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was quite good. We paid 10 euros for a taxi to get there from Central Station, in the middle of the night. And were in the following days able to walk into the city center in ~10 minutes...The area seemed quite safe.

Chequei no hotel e a reserva estava cancelada devido a falta de pagamento, sendo que segundo o hoteis.com eu deveria fazer o pagamento diretamente no hotel. Tivemos que passar uma noite em um quarto interior ate abrir vaga.

PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA - CUIDADO
Na verdade nem nos hospedamos, pois o HOTEIS.COM cancelou nossa reserva justificando "problemas na aprovação do cartão de crédito". Fiz contato com a operadora do cartão e disse que estava tudo ok, não tinha motivação alguma para justificar o cancelamento, que foi feito pela operadora do site, e não por eles. Mas no final, achei que foi obra do meu Anjo da Guarda. Ao chegarmos às 21h no "hotel brasil", vimos que era um lugar horrível... prédio sinistro, elevador pior ainda, e a recepção não é nada do que estão nas fotos. Deveria ser denunciado por falsidade ideológica. Na verdade, não tem recepcionista que fale português (como anunciado no site) e a moça que nos atendeu disse que tentou fazer contato até 18h e como estávamos em trânsito, não conseguiu e por isto cancelaram nossa reserva. Ela até foi bem prestativa, pois nos ajudou a encontrar outro hotel (pouco melhor que este) onde pudemos pagar pelo mesmo valor pelas 3 diárias. Imagino, pelo que pudemos ver do prédio, elevador e recepção, como seria o quarto... lugar escuro, sujo e aparentemente pouco seguro para 3 mulheres sozinhas. Então, na verdade, não temos boas avaliações do lugar, só mesmo agradecer ao nosso Anjo da Guarda por ter feito que nós trocássemos de hotel, mesmo sem nossa vontade consciente....

This area is for the guests to leave the review about experience in the hotel not the experience you had with hotels.com, and we actually have 1 person in our staff that speak portuguese but he can't be at reception 24/7. We will ask hotels.com to delete this fake review.

Good location, Metro stations few minutes walking. Hotel reception is in 4th floor, it has a small elevator where luggage and people are limited to get in at the same time. So, be prepared to upstairs step by step.

We suspected the hotel has BED BUGS!!!!! Nothing we like this hotel!!! Poor service, bad conditions and facilities. For the money we paid can get better hotel. The worst thing is we suspected the hotel has BED BUGS!!!!!!!! Four of us all got bits, we thought they were mosquitoes bites. After we came home from Milan last night, we showed the bites to my mom who had experienced bed bug bites, she said most likely they are bed bugs bites. I search online and found the bites are very similar to the bed bugs bites - the bites are in a line or in a group, the symptoms are very similar to the bed bugs bites!

After the refund was refused by expedia now you write a review full of lies, you stayed in the hotel 5 days if in all this period you got bites by bed bugs you finish in hospital, you made no complain at reception about this information to let us check if it's true or not, we also had no complain before and after your check-out from other guests, also you forgot to mention that you broked the shower, lied us there's no blanket in the rooms and refused to let us inside the room to check it.We do regular desinfestation in all rooms and we have always regular check by authorities, if you need a discount is enought to ask no need to tell lies to client assistance to have some refund.

The rooms are small, but very clean and sufficient. The staff is kind and well organised! The only thing is, that the breakfast isn´t in the hotel itself, you need to go to a cafe next door, where you can´t choose alot. But you won´t find any better for that money, very advisable!

It met the needs of my family. A budget hotel near the center of Milan. Hotel is on the 4th floor, and the elevator can only carry 2 people at a time, so it was a bit of an inconvenience walking up and down 4 floors of stairs every time we went out. There was also a bit of a problem in the bathroom. Every time you flush the toilet, water comes out through the drainage of the shower floor. And there are times when there is a bad smell coming from the bathroom....

It has all the basics- bed, bathroom, wifi. You get what you pay for. The room was good for a place to sleep. It was pretty clean, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The walls are very thin so you can hear other guests. Check-in and check-out was fine, very easy.

O hotel diz ter uma equipe multilíngue, o que não é verdade. O nome do hotel é hotel Brasil, logo imaginávamos ter alguém falando português, pois não havia. A mulhe que nos atendeu na recepção na chegada era mau educadas, impaciente e debochada. O quarto tinha um cheiro ruim e cobraram uma taxa de 5 euros por pessoa por noite para limpeza, limpeza essa que não existiu. Apenas trocavam as toalhas e arrumavam a cama. Esse hotel é uma cilada

My jsme byli spokojeni moc, personál perfektní, čistota perfektní, pokoj vybaveny standartne, sociální zařízení perfektní, to jsme ani nečekali a hotel je na super místě, kousek od centra, hned vedle supermarket i několik restaurací a všude kousek. Určitě doporučuji.

Gentile cliente, come risulta dalle informazione sulla pagina principale le camere matrimoniale sono piccole con un letto francese, dalle ore 07:00 non si puo richiame le persone che partono...se chiedeva lo staff informazioni riguardo il transporto publico avrebbe saputo che vicino sono i autobus.

Staff were rude and not friendly. They turned off the air conditioner at night saying that it was broken. However, it was clear that they were only turning out for short periods during the day for cost savings. We stayed in July and it was very hot, so our nights were not comfortable at all. Opening the window would help a little but then the street noise was a problem. We wouldn't stay at this place in the future.

Çok kötü
Odamız aşırı dardı yürüyecek alan yoktu. Kliması yok sıcaktan uyuyamıyorsunuz. Klozeti bozuktu iki gece de banyoda su taşıyordu onunla uğraştık üstüne. Resepsiyondaki personeller çok kaba gülümseme rolü bile yapmıyorlar. Sadece konumu idare ederdi başka türlü kalınabilecek bir yer değil, hosteller daha iyidir.
