On nous a transféré de la Casetta Sul Fiume après moins d'une journée à cause d'une fuite d'eau provenant de la toilette. Pour la Casetta Borghetto, nous avons aimés l'emplacement sur le fleuve bien que difficile d'accès en auto (étroit chemin). Par contre la propreté laissait à désirer. Le gens de Happy Rentals auraient avantage a avoir un aspirateur (vacuum cleaner) pour faire le ménage complet incluant les fils d'araignées au lieu de simplement un balai pour les planchers.

We end up not staying there for a number of reasons. First of all, the place is located on the middle of a run down village. We had difficult time locating the property and once we found it there were only keys for the house, but not for the gate to drive in. We end up parking by the neighbors house. The entire village came out trying to help us locate the parking, let us use WIFI since we had no connection at all. I have to say, people were very friendly. One local family warned us about drug activities and crazy people in the area. Major turn off was stuffy smell, NO A/C and tiny spiral staircase leading from the kitchen to the bedrooms on the second floor. We opened windows to air it out, but had to shut it back to prevent bugs and mosquitos getting in. We couldn’t get our luggage up the stairs. Outside two orange chairs were filthy, so we couldn’t enjoy the view of the river ( no lake views that you see in the pictures) We couldn’t wait to get out of the house and left without having any alternative options. We reached out to the host and asked for a refund, but didn’t get it. I would advise you to stay away from this rental.

Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Es war wunderschön. Die Kommunikation war super und war einfach. Wir sind spät nachts angekommen und konnten mit einer PIN problemlos an den Schlüssel kommen. Man super schlafen, da es wirklich sehr ruhig ist. Die Betten sind außergewöhnlich gemütlich. Wir haben alle super lange drin geschlafen.
