Staff was easy to reach and ready to assist. Perfect location in Milan, but hard to find initially. Nowhere to pull up and unload luggage. Noisy area but ear plugs provided for sleeping. We slept with noise app on the phone. Very clean.

Einziges Plus ist die hervorragende Lage. Rest ist echt schlecht. Zimmer ist eher schmuddelig und extrem laut. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Room was very centrally located; there is a Metro across the street. The area around is full of stores and dining options. Loved the balcony. Although it was very close to a very busy street, it was not that noisy inside the unit. Would stay here again.

I loved the view out the window and watching the trolly's and the night life. The room was clean, functional, and spacious. The bathroom had a towel warmer and hair dryer. Everything was modern and seemed new. I was on the 2nd floor and was grateful for an elevator to get our bags down, but it could only fit one suitcase and one person at a time (or two people) I'm glad I didn't have a stroller with me. When we arrived we just rang the bell outside and a man arrived 2 minuets later to check us in. He brought our bags up too, which was very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Great location! One block from Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Tons of shopping and sites. Around the corner from metro and taxi stop.

Only the location is the redeeming factor. Everything else about this so-called hotel is terrible. It shouldn’t even be on hotels.com to avoid luring other guests into their trap.

The room was very nice, the check-in process was a little confusing and the hotel entrance was hard to find. Otherwise it was a perfect location, steps away from the Duomo and lots of shops and restaurants!

Indubbiamente la posizione della struttura è favolosa, le camere sono grandi e confortevoli. La macchinetta del caffè è un’ottima coccola per chi, come me, non ne puó fare a meno appena sveglia.

The property had very nice in room amenities such as coffee, water, and candy. Also slippers, a good blow dryer, and toilet gel. We enjoyed our stay, the staff was super responsive to our needs, they may not be in the building but definitely one short phone call away. The lift is very small, but two plus size people barely fit, and it got us upstairs, which is vital after a day of sightseeing.

A lot of stairs going up and down to rooms. No staff on site. Very noisy since it's on the main street to Duom. Street trains run most of the night outside room.

Our room was nice and cozy. Beautiful decorations. With a nice view. They offered coffee, water, coke, little sweets. Location was perfect to visit the Duomo and the teatro.

Great location!
The only drawback to this hotel were the steps and that’s a minor drawback. This hotel was right in the middle of everything! Close to all the attractions, shopping, taxi stand and restaurants. Clean comfortable rooms. We would definitely stay here again!

Very roomy for two. Super clean from bedroom to bathroom. Coffee, water bottle and some snacks provided. Tiny elevator and hallway looks creepy but wowed us when we reached our room. So far the best we’ve got on this trip.

The check in process was difficult. Their phone was broken so getting in touch took a little while. The pictures do not necessarily match the rooms. Overall, you are paying basically for the location. It was right around the corner from the Milan Duomo which was great! But don’t think I would stay here again.
