Great House & Dreams Park location
This property was everything our family needed for a great Dreams Park experience. Was only 5 min from Dreams Park, easy to get into town, and the house was clean with all the amenities needed. We enjoyed grilling and eating outside, and the kids enjoyed the hammocks. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing Place, Especially for Cooperstown Trip
This place was great, 3 minutes from Dreams Park, clean, beautiful, deer in the lawn at night, just super relaxing and comfortable. Owners went over and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. Four Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great week at Dreams Park!
If you're son or daughter are spending the week at Cooperstown Dreams Park, this is where you want to stay. A mere four minute drive to the entrance, but tucked away from the lights, this was the perfect place to stay to enjoy the baseball at Dreams Park, but the quiet tranquility of your own place to take a nap (especially in the provided hammocks).

Beautiful House, Perfect Stay
I can't say enough nice things about this property and our hosts. It was an ideal place for us to stay while our son played at Dreams Park. It's a beautiful guest house that the owners treat like their own (felt like staying at a friend's house, NOT an ignored rental unit). The location is fantastic, with beautiful views and close to the park. The owners were spectacular - answered questions quickly - even loaned us their kayaks! Counting down the days until my younger son plays in Cooperstown so we can book this place again. THANK YOU!

Cannot beat this place!
I cannot say enough about this house, it’s location, or the owners. This place was extremely neat and clean. Everything you need is provided and then some. If your kiddo is playing at Dream Park it’s an easy 5 minute trip which was perfect because we were back and forth for games so often. Communication with the owners was timely and they tended to every request we had.

Tranquil Location!!
The home was absolutely immaculate! The pictures do not do it justice. My family and I enjoyed the peaceful outdoor patio along with the two hammocks and a fire pit. The Perrino family was very accommodating and made us feel at home!!! The best accommodations for Dreams Park!

Fantastic Place
This is the second time we have stayed at Fawns Lair. If we come a third time I would definitely book here again. The house is so close to Cooperstown Dreams Park. It is clean, open and had everything we needed. Mike and Colleen are so easy to work with. You will not regret staying here!

Wow!
This was the perfect spot for our family (2 adults and 2 children) to stay while my son played at Cooperstown for the week. The place is extremely clean, updated, and organized. Everything seemed brand new. There were plenty of useful items provided, yet it still had plenty of room for us to organize and add our own belongings. The closets had built-in organizers and were completely empty, which made emptying our suitcases and finding clothes and all for the week very easy. The homeowners were a pleasure to communicate with. They were very responsive and helpful. It was minutes away from Cooperstown Dreams Park and a bunch of great restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Cooperstown DreamPark Rental
This is a great property to rent if you are participating at DreamPark. The location is excellent, about 4 minutes from the entrance to the ballpark, yet it’s located down a country road. We entered a very clean rental, very nice furnishings along with all the linens and kitchen supplies you will need. The hosts were very prompt in responding to any and all inquiries. Highly recommend this rental near Cooperstown DreamPark.

Exceeded expectations
We were planning on being in the area for my son’s baseball tournament. The property is conveniently located about 5 minutes from Dreams Park and is a short drive to the town of Cooperstown. The property itself is immaculate. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need to use during your stay and A+ on the upgraded bathroom. The owners truly take pride in their rental and it shows. We were a group of 4 and their was more than enough space for everyone to lounge around and do their own thing. A memorable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

Perfect Stay for CDP
So happy we chose Fawn’a Lair for our week 2 Cooperstown Dream Parks stay! The property is very clean including a wonderfully stocked kitchen. My family truly enjoyed the newly decorated relaxing shower and comfortable beds. Between games my sons enjoyed playing football and wiffle ball in the vast side yard and we liked relaxing with a bonfire at the end of the day. Owners Mike and Colleen were very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions/requests. We’d definitely choose Fawns Lair if we return to CDP with any of our younger sons.

Great stay minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park!
This is my third visit to Cooperstown to attend a week of youth baseball from my sons. This home was perfect! It is newly renovated, clean, modern, and just a 3 min drive to the park. The property is also beautiful with hammocks, picnic tables, a fire pit and lots of open grassy area. There is a private driveway entrance for this 2 BR apartment which is above the garage of the main home. Mike was accessible and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend!

A great place!
This was such a wonderful place to stay! It is even better than what the pictures show! A spacious, quiet hideaway that is close to lots of the action. Just up the road from Cooperstown Dreams Park! It was a quick and easy back and forth. The owners were great. Lots of good communication and very nice people.
