As of 2026, the Village of Milford Zoning Board and the Zoning Enforcement Officer now require that any home within the village limits must be host-occupied while guests are present in the property.
This means that for any future stays, the host must be residing and present in the home during guest occupancy. This regulation applies to all short-term rentals within the village and is strictly enforced by local authorities.

6. No Glass: Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.
7. Alcohol and Drugs: The use of alcohol or drugs before or during swimming is strongly discouraged.
8. Health and Safety: Guests with certain medical conditions (such as epilepsy, heart conditions, or respiratory issues) should consult a medical professional before use.
9. Proper Attire: Proper swimwear must be worn—no street clothes.
10. Emergency Procedures: In case of emergency, call 911 immediately and notify the host.
11. Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of others. Any damages or injuries due to misuse or negligence will be the guest’s responsibility.
