'Very close to public transportation, very nice pool and patio and good big appartement'

'Prachtig klein hotel, heerlijke ruime kamer met riante badkamer. Het is een oud huis met enorm veel charme. Locatie is ideaal, Independence Hall op loopafstand. Parkeren aan de overkant in de garage, hotel geeft korting. '

'The property was very cute and felt safe. We had a lot of privacy and the room was stocked with anything we needed. Everything was in great condition and working order. We’ll definitely be staying again, much better than a typical hotel.'

'This trip we stayed in 250$ a night locations and in 100$ a.n. locations, the most expensive one disappointed us the most. Canopy by Hilton. PHI. The fridge still had stuff and food (A SMELLY CHEESEPLATTER AND DRINKS) and the shower had hairs. Black ones (i'm a red head, partner is bold ) Would have expected this in a lower rated hotel, just not at the Hilton.'

'Beautiful room in the ninth floor. Comfortable bed, quiet, and helpful valet parking. Great location in the city too, next to relaxing Rittenhouse Square (park) and within walking distance to many nice restaurants.'

'We hadden voor vier personen een redelijk kleine kamer. Had best iets groter gemogen of een aansluitende kamer erbij. '

'Zeer leuke en verzorgde loft. Knap ingericht. Alle uitrusting is aanwezig. De gasten worden in de watten gelegd. We logeerden met onze 2 kinderen in de loft Betsy die op de eerste verdieping ligt (handig want er is geen lift in het gebouw). Leuke buurt. Kortom een aanrader!'

'It’s a cute little historic hotel across the street from the American Revolution Museum. Very close to all the historic sites. The bed was extremely comfortable.. we slept the night thru! Shower was nice and warm and very nice. Room temp perfect! Breakfast was ok, but they did have waffles and whipped cream!'

'If you are planning on modern, then this is not the place for you. However I think it was worth the price I paid. Include their daily parking fee in with your reservation. There is literally no place to park. I think the cars in the free spots are glued in place because they have not moved since my arrival. Kestrel parking is a small space so beware if you drive a large vehicle. The only changes, that could improve the stay for me was nicer towels and a heavier blanket. I will reccomend...

'I had a cozy little room, just the right size for a single guest, and it had a cute balcony. The blinds on the window and on the balcony door looked nice, but didn't block much light, so bring a sleep mask if you need darkness to sleep. The glass doors to the walk-in shower were a bit sticky, but so what- I prefer that type of shower to one with a bathtub. The free coffee and muffins in the morning were a plus.'

'A beautiful hotel that was incredibly accommodating to me when there was an issue with the initial hotel I booked. For the same amount of money I was able to stay in a hotel much nicer than the original one I booked and it made my entire visit worthwhile. Gorgeous property that is both modern / renovated yet retains some of that classic hotel charm that is missing from most hotels these days.'

'Hotel is centrally located with outdoor rooftop pool (although it’s small for the hotel size). Parking is expensive but we reserved close by parking at 2min walking distance) Overall hotel is ok but we faced 2issues: 1) room was not in best shape (rain shower did not work) and window could not fully close (discovered when going to bed) resulting in more street noise. 2) hotel was booked with breakfast for 4 but (which I dubbel checked and got confirmed before going to breakfast) but during...

'A wonderful surprise during a two night business trip to Philly. Beautiful property tucked away in a central location, friendly staff, great rooms, and excellent gym / amenities. Can’t recommend it enough.'
