'Hotel room was beautiful. I stayed in a large suite and would highly recommend. My only issue was breakfast. I wasn’t told you had to pre order and pay extra for a cooked breakfast. I would have been happy to do that had I known. They’re supposed to give you a form at reception but it was never mentioned. So I didn’t get breakfast. A shame as that was the only glitch on a lovely stay. '

'This small hotel is located next to the River Wyre and has some lovely rooms.
I stayed 4 night with them at 75 pounds per night including breakfast.
The room was very nice, with lovely large bed, view of the river and great shower.
The room was recently re-done and has great wallpaper.
The food is very good, the breakfast has some excellent old time favourites on the menu, like soft boiled eggs with soldiers, and porridge. But it is all home cooked and tastes very fresh and lovely.
