'If you are birding Magee Marsh and/or Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge, this is an excellent location as it was about 12 minutes from the Magee Marsh parking lot. All I needed was a coffee maker, refrigerator and comfortable bed. This property had all of this and much more. It is also walking distance or one minute drive to a nice bar/restaurant located at the turn off into the property. '
