'The hosts were very personable and responsive to questions. The rental was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were perfect. The kitchen area is small but has all needed amenities - a hotplate, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, tea kettle. The living and dining areas are a good size. 'Zermatt is based on a german town of the same name, and strives to emulate the same ascthetics. In this regard, it succeeds. But I suspect that, after Covid hit, it never fully recovered. There are empty buildings, small aspects that require attention, and outdated signage. Also, the spa is not complementary.'

'Good location but not really Downtown. Older building but remodeled. Rooms and bathroom clean. Because it is an older building you hear noises from rooms above '

'I wasn’t instructed to not park in the lot next door and was towed. 360$ later and the manager said they couldn’t do anything. The parking garage has 1 way in which is also the way out but a dumpster sits right in front of it so makes it hard to get in and out. Come prepared with drinks and snacks because their lil store is way over priced and tgey have no restaurant on site. I also had AC issues but it was fixed quickly.'
