'We had a great stay. It was a city break with my two children and we really enjoyed the experience. The CoalShed has real character and was a great place to hang out with my kids and use as a base to explore all the great stuff on offer in Bristol.
We loved the games facilities and the 'honesty bar', which is a great idea and was definitely welcome in the evening.

The room itself was rather small (we travelled with 1 large suitcase, 1 small and 2 backpacks) but the layout of the room was good providing even enough space next to the bed to open the large suitecase. There were enough power supplies (we counted 14 power outlets...

Showergel, shampoo, handgel and body lotion were all present.
The breakfast was well organised and quite complete: english breakfast, bread, several serials, meat, cheese, several juices, a wide arrangement of fruits, yochurt and cakes.
The hotel is also located at a busstop for the A1 which drives directly from and to the airport, which is very convenient. Overall there was nothing to fault. I had a good night sleep and an enjoyable stay. "
